A few days after Mitsu had shown her around, Poke was still getting used to the large campus grounds, and trying to remember were everything was. She was...pretty sure she was going towards the school hallway, but she ended up near the cafeteria instead.
Standing outside the building, she looked around her surroundings, tail idly swaying to and fro as she considered if she was really hungry or not. So far, she had managed to set up her dorm room, but apart form that she hadn't gone to a single class, nor had she seen anyone else on school grounds. Not to mention she had no idea what they had learned so far in school. Maybe she was really behind and needed to study heaps?
...Studying sucked. She would think about that later. Food sounded good.

Cafeteria food may have sucked, but it was fast and convenient. Fast and convenient was exactly what Riyo needed right now. Both for her and her feline hoard.
This time Riyo actually wore something besides a wrinkly dress up shirt. Her fancy pants cat jacket covered her sad state of dress up rather nicely, though she left the hood down. Too hot for a hood today.
Instead of saying anything to the ghoul standing directly in front of the doors, she simply tried to pass by like some kind of specter, thinking up a good curse word or two that would describe such a person that would block everyone else's way.

Feeling something brush against her, Poke turned and saw someone walking past her to the hall. Her face frowned; did she know this ghoul? The blonde hair and Black ears were awfully familiar...
"Ah! Wait!" She called out, running to catch up with her. "I remember you from the festival! You're...Riyo, right?" If she recalled correctly, Riyo had been hanging out with Shun and Mitsu when they were going through that raptor maze thing.
As she got a better look at the feline, she saw that underneath the jacked she was wearing, the clothes looked very...untidy. It didn't suit the image she had of Riyo which was a smart looking student dressed in a tail coat. As she thought about..where did her hat go?

Riyo paused, ears perking as she was addressed. Festival? What festival? She hadn't been to any festivals recently. With furrowed brows, she peeked over her shoulder.
Who was? Eh... Hell if she knew. "Uh. No. You must have me confused with someone else. My name is..." Think. Think think. Good fake name. "Sally."
... Okay. Could've been better. "And I'm very busy right now. So if you're done confusing me with people, I'm going to grab my food and-" Fake hobby GO. "Go... Skateboarding." That's what the kids did these days, right?

".....Sallly...."
If Poke didn't know any better, she could of sworn Riyo was trying to bullshit her way out of...something. She was pretty sure this was the right ghoul, considering she didn't see many black cats about. Well, scratch that. She didn't see many blonde haired black cats with a kitty jacket.
her bullshit sensors went even higher when she said the next part.
"....Thats...pretty talented" She responded. "Skateboarding and eating at the same time." She also had the most amusing picture of Riyo trying to do said activity.

"You don't need hands to skateboard." Riyo quickly replied, eyes narrowing at the array of proverbial punches this ghoul was throwing her. Seriously, what was her problem? Most people would've fully understood by now that the bakeneko wanted nothing to do with them. Oh great. She was pulling a Charlie.
Quickly, the ghoul's feet pressed forward to try and make it into the lunch line. Maybe this dragonkin would catch the hint if she started walking away. "Oh look over there, treasure!" Riyo pointed over in another direction to further the obviousness of her ditching.

Okay, if it wasn't obvious she was trying to get away, it was now. The treasure line may as well been a bright neon sign.
However, Poke didn't feel like walking away. Perhaps it was some form of predatory sense in wanting to follow a fleeing victim. Or she just wanted to know more about this ghoul. Whichever. She could already tell she had hit a nerve, or at least was fraying them.
"....Thats the best you can come up with?" She asked, although if one looked closely enough, the dragon ghoul was trying very hard Not to look in the other direction (Because, screw common sense, there might actually be treasure!)Her own steps picked up to match the others pace, trying instead to focus on the line of students waiting to pick up their own lunches.

The treasure line hadn't worked? Seriously?
There was nowhere left to run. Riyo had thought the dragon ghoul would've given up by now, but it looked like she'd be stuck for another five minutes in this damned line with her. s**t.
"Why is it so important to follow me? Don't you have something better to do? I gotta tell you, this is very stalker-like, and I already have enough of those." For some strange reason she never could figure out. "I'm not a nice person! There's no reason to be around me!" Did she have to spell it out?

Why was she following her? Hmm. Good question.
"Well...I honesty have nothing better to do" Poke responded as she moved into the line herself. "I'm not trying to stalk you, I'm just trying to hold a conversation." Honesty, it was like Riyo thought she was going to eat her or something.
She then raised a eye at the felines next comment. "Why are you saying that?" She had yet to see her do anything that would mark her as 'not nice'. Although she'd probably see her do something soon, considering she was pushing the ghouls buttons and hadn't left her alone.

"Oh, so you have no life then." Riyo wouldn't answer the question up front. She'd let her actions spell it out for the dragon ghoul instead. "It's good to know that the youth of today would rather waste time than choose to invest it in something productive." Grabbing a tray, the ghoul stacked about ten small cartons of milk on it.
"What are you so desperately wanting to talk about, then?"

Oho, youth of today. Investing in something productive, aha, that was a good one. "Actually, I don't believe it's a great time to invest at the moment. Stocks are looking a little flimsy at the moment, so it's best to hold onto your pumpkin seeds and wait till it's stabilized. Or you could wait until the market drops off then invest while the market rallies." Riyo wasn't the only one who could be a smart a**. She knew a little bit about investing.
As soon as Riyo grabbed her tray, Poke grabbed one for herself and looked for what was available. Grabbing herself a few fish burgers, she followed the feline ghoul.
"I know that you're friends with Mitsu and shun, so I was curious as to what you got up too." She said.

To Poke's smartass reply, Riyo rolled her eyes. "You're really grasping at straws, aren't you?" Riyo wouldn't admit that it was sort of funny.
The ghoul had also grabbed some fish. mostly the tuna sandwiches. Of course, she wouldn't be the only one eating these. The rest of them would be going to her other feline friends.
"Shun and I? FRIENDS?" To this, Riyo actually laughed. In fact, she laughed the whole way to the table. "Oh man. That was rich." It almost looked like... She was wiping a tear from her eye. It was that funny. "Shun is no friend of mine. In fact, I knocked him down a flight of stairs once." A fact that she might've been a little too proud of.

"No I'm not" Poke said back, feeling her stomach rumble at the expectancy to be fed. She hadn't tried anything at the cafeteria yet, so who knew what it would be like. judging form the way the cafeteria (lady?) looked...she wasn't so sure.
Riyo's reaction to her question was not expected, however, and she watched in amazement as the feline ghoul continued to laugh. And laugh. And laugh some more. Was it really that hilarious? She didn't know Shun as she only met him a few times, but Mitsu had seemed to like him.
Though apparently, Riyo did not. And had even gone so far to knock the guy down the stairs. Poke didn't seem too concerned about this, however, but she was at a loss for how to describe it. Amazing? Cruel? "Thats....intriguing" Yeah, she'd go with that for now. "I don't think I could picture a boil like him falling down a flight of stairs. What did he do to piss you off so much?"
Sitting down at the table, she wasted no time in taking one of her burgers, and all but shoving it in her mouth. Table manners? Didn't seem to occur to the dragoness as she very nearly growled, taking huge chunks out of the slightly slimy meat.

Riyo practically turned her nose up when Poke began tearing into her plate like a vulture on a fresh, untouched carcass. Oh Jack, did she realize how bad she looked? How disgusting the scales hanging out of her mouth and down the side of her lips appeared?
... No, probably not. Eugh.
"He left me to die in the snow." The ghoul said simply, separating her tuna sandwich in half to make it more manageable. "It wasn't hard. I shapeshifted into a cat to trip him and got an apology out of him after he needed my help moving. Very satisfying work. Best part was, he didn't even realize I did it." He knew now, of course. Otherwise she wouldn't be bragging about it.
Riyo had learned recently there were fewer things she liked more than revenge. Tuna. She liked tuna just a little bit more, but not much. Revenge satisfied her body and soul. Tuna satisfied her body... Sometimes the soul if she was really hungry.

Within record time, she had finished one item of her menu, and only then did she bother to look up at the feline ghoul whom looked slightly disgusted. Hmm, wonder why that is...Maybe she didn't like burgers
"He did what??" Poke said sounding very surprized. She hadn't picked him for someone to just ditch someone in the snow. But what was more was the way she had so casually pushed him down the stairs, then turned around and helped him up for her own advantage.
...Well, she did say she wasn't a very nice person.
"Remind me never to ditch you in the snow then" She eventually responded. "Did Mitsu ever find out?"
