Sometimes one doesn't wander simply to wander or because one doesn't know where the ultimate destination lies; sometimes one has a far off dream, unattainable as the sun, that tugs at one's soul and begs to be chased and so one runs and thunders through the swamp, desert, plains, mountains, and all else to hunt this everlasting dream that fills one with a wanderlust and urges one on and on and on.

about ☀ us clan viewswanderlust ;; The single defining feature of all Sunchasers is their wanderlust. Regardless of who they are, what they are chasing, and how they choose to live the other parts of their life, they are all kin who have something inside them, some unreachable dream, that causes them to wander and to explore. They have a desire to see and hear and touch everything they possible can because it is a need that they have to satisfy. This desire is what brought the Sunchasers together.companionship ;; The Sunchasers was formed to give kin who are very often alone because of their drive to be constantly moving some companionship. With the Sunchasers, there is no expectation of ultimate loyalty, you are free to come and go, join other tribes and clans because the Sunchasers are more a loose coalition of kin, a club of sorts, than an actual clan where kin live together, hunt together, and work together. With all the amazing sights that these kin see and all the stories they gather, the Sunchasers and their once a moon meetings, Sunspeak, allows these ever wandering kin a chance to share their joys and tribulations.storytelling ;; This is what draws these wanderers together when they could be continuing their journey elsewhere. When you've seen so much and experienced so many things, there are so many stories to tell, but when you're used to moving on quickly and never staying in one spot, there might be no kin to tell these stories to. Beyond simple companionship for a day and night, the Sunchasers as a tribe provides a chance to tell these stories that have been collected, either of your own experience or even just a story some otherkin has told you.family ;; Not a huge amount of stock is put into the idea one's blood family comes before all. Many Sunchasers believe that a family is chosen and the tribe serves as their most permanent family as many who have foals often leave them as is common practice in the swamp. A foals can be raised on Sunchaser values and brought to Sunspeaks, but there is no expectation that these foals become a Sunchaser themselves, especially if their desires and goals in life are different than that of the tribe. However, they will always be welcome.clan traditionssunspeak ;; Every moon, from sun rise one day to sun rise the next, members of the Sunchasers clan meet up to share in the warmth of companionship and tell their stories. It is a chance to connect with your fellow kin who share the same insatiable desire to see everything there is to see and to wander in search of some unattainable goal. Stories are told all day and night and kin converse about what they have experienced. It is not required that a kin attend every Sunspeak though it is preferred that they attend at least one every few moons to continue furthering the clan's existence. The location of each Sunspeak is different than the last and decided at the previous Sunspeak. The location is then spread by word of mouth to other Sunchasers should they not have been at the prior one and if one who knows the next location bumps into them.

clan ☀ members All members of The Sunchasers are of equal rank and are entitled to their say as much as the next. There is no hierarchy and though it is preferred that they show up for Sunspeak every moon, even if they don't, they will still be happily welcomed back for Sunspeak whenever they want to show up next.  Sky-Like-Burning ;; The founder of The Sunchasers, Sky-Like-Burning is filled with an ever strengthening wanderlust that keeps him from staying in one spot for more than a few moments. His love of life extends to all kin and beyond wandering and seeing all that there is to see, he loves seeing others enjoying life at the fullest. Nomad ;; A traveler driven onwards by a constant longing for the desert; Nomad joined the Sunchasers for the companionship that would help alleviate his loneliness. joining ☀ us The only requirement to being a Sunchaser is to be taken by wanderlust. Essentially, any kin could join, but it might not be as much use for the Sunspeaks as kin who spend most of their time alone taking in the sights.
