Onto the positions!
1. Moderator
As moderator, you simply need to peruse the threads to make sure everyone is following the rules. This include roleplays; making sure there are no one-liners, people are being literate, no cybering, etc. If you have the ability to be harsh with people, this is especially for you [only if a member/staff member is acting improperly, including in roleplays].
2. Human Resources
HR are in charge of tending to the questions and suggestions of the members. You will probably be one of the first the members will come to if they need to do so. You may have other responsibilities including recruiting and training.
3. Event Planner
Event Planners are in charge of creating, planning, and organizing events. It could be a roleplay in the Towns, a meet up on Xbox, a gathering, or anything else. Although, all events must be run by the Captain. We would like to have events for holidays.
4. Advertiser
Put the word out about our guild. Post in the Guilds forum, put a banner in your signature, anything. This job may also include recruiting or creating an official advertisement page for our guild.
5. Personal Assistant
We will only have one or two of these. When the Captain is on a hiatus it will be your job to make sure the staff are doing their job(s) and the guild is in order.
6. Announcer
Announcers send out announcements about upcoming events, contests, giveaways, and other things going on in the guild. This is more of a difficult position to receive since it requires you to be Vice Captain.
7. Member's Committee
This is strictly voluntary work. Though, you will be more inclined to receive items and/or gold if you do really well with this. The Member's Committee sends out donations/gifts to members who keep the guild alive by being extremely active, maybe they send suggestions, etc. We will keep a list of the 'angels' of the guild in the crew workroom subforum.
8. Coder
Coders are important to make the guild look pretty. To make the home page nice to look at, making special threads colorful, etc. This is a position we currently really need. Coders and Graphic Artists may need to work together when creating a thread layout or working on the home page.
9. Graphic Artist
Graphic Artists will be creating banners and maybe even thread layouts.

Requirements
1. Must be able to meet deadlines
2. Must be active in the guild
3. Must have 200+ forum posts in Gaia Forums
4. Must have a Gaia age of at least 2 months
5. Must be at least 14+
6. Must be literate with speech

What makes you good for this job: I've have had many experiences moderating and being an admin, i'm current Head-mod of my MW3 clan of about 30 people and i participate in moderation of forum threads on MMO-champ. Also I've have a knack to lead people and set them in the right way, i always look at both sides of an argument before any decisions are made.

Desired Pay: I don't want payment, the respect that comes out of being a fair mod is enough for me.
Other: While i may not be the best RP'er i can still read rules and spot when they are broken, which leads me to believe i am qualified for this job.

Gaia Age: Three months on this account, but I've been on Gaia for longer.
How often are you online daily: Excluding exam weeks or days when I'm out, I normally have a computer accessible 24/7.
What makes you good for this job: I run my own guild and I'm moderator for more, so I have experience.
Previous Gaia Jobs: Captain of Sunrise Academy, crew/ part-time moderator for three more RP guilds.
Desired Pay: However much you think my work is worth, honestly. It doesn't matter to me.

What makes you good for this job: I've been role-playing for about four years. I've either owned or moderated many guilds over the years. I'm good at catching mistakes and problems, and solving them without hostility or harsh words.

How often are you online daily: All the time. Very rarely will you not see me sometime during the day.
What makes you good for this job: I have previous experience in these jobs, and the guild runner always found me to be rather effective. I am usually on every day. I can be blunt, and easy to understand if needed. I can post some of my samples of signs, if it would be helpful.
