Description: Training Level Cool Down....
After much talk and thinking, I have decided to lower the cool down time of training to increase your Technique Levels to one week instead of the two weeks.
However if I see nothing but training rather than actual interacting RP I will change it back ASAP. I want everyone to have a chance, but I don't want every and their grandmothers at freaking expert in the first 3 weeks of the guild.

Okay, I have exactly enough topics to make the cannon areas I want in the town. HOWEVER if there is anything that anyone wants added, they need to tell me now. Because once I start fully creating areas I will not be adding any more.

Description: Crew Issue
- Okay the captains of division that are crew are only create until they finish building their division HQ. UNLESS THEY TAKE A MOD DUTY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY!!! Meaning they can not threaten you. If they do not have names on the Admin list that I Diablo en Musica 92 have assigned them, they are to not be doing anything else.
Also MODs again if you want a Admin duty, please PM ME ASAP! Because once your done building your squads and/or area I will be demoting you all back to members.

It was brought to my attention to a few members that I forgot the add a level of Kido skill to determine your overall skills in Kido besides basing it of your Reiryoku level. Therefore please add this [ below ] into your profile layout under Reiryoku Techniques please if your profile has been accepted or has been posted in the approval area. I will generate the level of it.

Quincy Meeting!:
- The Quincy should have a meeting too, however because there is only the leader I guess I will have some NPC characters I ( guild Captain ) Will be for him to kill of for being useless LOL XD

PROFILE SKELETON EDITS
- The Profile Skeletons for the races Shinigami, Arrancar, and Visoreds have been edited in the Zanpakuto Section. Instead of it reading "Zanpakuto Element" it has been changed to "Zanpakuto Type." The reason for this edit is so RPer's creating their profiles do not get confused with the concept that all Zanapkutos have to be Elemental Based. This is not the case as Zanapkuto can be Meele Type, Projectile Type, Kido Type, Illusion Type, and etc.
- Already created and Approved Profiles will have to make the edit however will not have to resubmit their profile for approval, unless it includes major changes.
- Profiles waiting for Approval will also have to make the edits as well.
Copy and Paste this Code in "Zanpakuto Element" place,
[b]Zanpakuto Type:[/b] { elemental (if so what element), meele, etc. }

Description: Zero Division Major Overhaul
The Zero Division has been reformatted to be more accurate with the Bleach animated series and as such will no longer have a Vice captain or seated members. Instead it will have five Captains each with there own city within the "Royal Palace". As such this means that there will now be an opening for four more Zero Division Captains.These positions will be added to the list of opened positions shortly for Captain's who have been with us for a long time only.If your not sure how to go about accomplishing this just send me a PM.
