While not currently participating in a test the Trainee are placed within a holding area, It looks a good deal like there barracks however on a much MUCH larger scale. It could easily hold twice as many people comfortably as were currently in it at any given time. There were sleeping Quarters, restrooms as well as a small lunch room. It was essentially there entire Training grounds packed into a single Building.... That was except for a booth that appeared to be a.... Gambling Ring? That was interesting.... to say the least
Not to mention there was a massive Board above of them listing all of there names however next to each one there was simply a 00

Vinycent11 Sharingan, One Tomoe: InactiveThe Stranger took immense joy, landing a kick and wiping the grin off of Sessouresu's smug face. As soon a he impacted on the real Sessouresu, the clones had enough time to recover and tighten their grip on his arms. The tension was excruciating, if he wanted to snap his arms right then and there, there was not a god's damned thing he could do about it.
And he HATED it.
A slight grunt of effort came from his form, not in struggling, but to maintain his composure through the pain of the arm locks. The boy made a slight theatrical gesture, before gripping his face mask and slamming his head into the hall. It almost caused stars to explode over his vision, but the pain was almost worse than the tension in his joints.
Because Sessouresu had broken his concentration, and the fact his mask offered no support in it's unyielding creation, the pain had intensified. The next thing he felt was being dragged through the aisles. It was not as if the fight had left him, he just required a moment to get his bearings. A moment he did not have as he began to prattle on about his his worth, or rather lack of it.
His derogatory statement about Iji instantly returned his anger and already the pain began to fade away. The next thing he knew he was being jerked slightly upward, and his mask was being removed. He sneered as Sessouresu gripped his hair and wrenched his head to the side sharply.
After that the clones, through him up and out of the room at somewhat of a downward angle, so that he slammed into the ground with more than sufficient force. Saying to him never to show his face around him until he was able to back up... anything. With that his masked was tossed in front of him.
The Stranger looked past Sessouresu and said to Zarai and not at that same time. "Why not?" With that the door was slammed shut. In the hallway there could be heard a soft chuckle. Some of the genin recognizing Haruki, a little sore about what he had done began to approach him.
The chuckle went through the core of the unmasked boy, and his shoulders began to shake. His head was hunched down as his hair spilled over his face, hiding it. It turned into a laugh the began to grow louder, as the genin approached they took a slight pause looking at each other in confusion.
The Stranger began to rise hand placed over his eyes as his laughter went into a full belly roll. There was something wrong. As he stood up his head was slightly thrown back and his face was went with... something. Upon closer inspection the mob sized gathering of genin could see..tears?
The pain was too much, the truth was painful and stark. It was mortifying and terrible. Sessouresu was right, this....wretched, pathetic excuse for a mortal construct was beneath the entire class of his specified barracks. He was weak, as Haruki, within Haruki, even as himself.. It broke something inside the Stranger.
Quite possibly the last sane connection, if there ever was one left in him, was ended. His laughter exploded with a dark maniacal glee that rivaled a green hair, purple suit wearing prankster. He removed his hand from his eyes, tears streaming down his face.
His eyes.. were the most horrible. They were so broken, tormented, haunted and ... pained. In fact they were down right psychotic, deranged. He wasn't seeing the crowd surrounding him. He was looking beyond them. If anyone of them came with in a five foot radius he would have killed them. He was feral at this point, maybe beyond reason.
His laughter was something out of the darkest echoes of haunts in the minds of even the most hardened of shinobi. The Stranger was now unhinged. What made it worse, Ijimeru was gone, Senri was gone.. and Haruki was shackled. There was no one to tame him, no one to quell his beast, no one to help with through the pain.
If he wanted power before hand, that notion was gone. He was devoid of wants and hungers, nothing mattered more to the Stranger right now... save for.. power. The pain mattered little, the necessity mattered even less. He no longer cared what he needed, what he wanted... just power.
He wanted it more than he wanted to play games, he was far beyond play time. It was meaningless and no longer necessary. All it had done for him was get him here... weak, pathetic, nothingness. He would destroy Sessouresu, but he wanted no death for him. No he wanted to have him feel what he felt, how he made others feel. The empty, hollow, worthlessness.
Crying, broken and laughing hysterically, in the truest sense of the form. Sessouresu did something that day.. possibly one of his greatest achievements. Whether it was a hindrance or of benefit to the Uchiha mattered little to either the Stranger or Sessouresu. But that day, the genius created a monster.

As the Doors to the room were the first test had taken place opened, a sudden surge of energy filled the room. It was most likely the effect of some Jounin and some kind of medical Jutsu of some sort. However anyone who stepped into the room who had used some of there chakra would feel there energy being resorted much quicker than if could have normally. Easily being back to full by the next portion of the exam.

~Feed the fire, break your vision~ Takeo followed through the door into the holding area. He felt himself recover his strength from using his armor jutsu a lot and took a deep breath, feeling slightly refreshed. He was going to need all of his strength for the next challenge and whatever the jounin were doing, it was working and he felt at full power again. He walked over to a nearby door, hearing some commotion and decided to check it out. He noticed a few gambling tables and could pick out his brother among them. Time for some chance games perhaps? Wonder what these are for?

Character Theme: And Dignified Like A Blooming Flower As Serene walked into the holding area, she could feel some of her strength returning. She hadn't wasted much energy, the variations of the fireball she used were sill just the fireball jutsu so even though hers did more widespread damage, it still had the same amount of energy draw. Still it was good to feel at 100% for whatever was going to come next.
Seren found some place to sit, looking at Takeo as he walked towards the door with the gambling tables. It was a strange thing to have in place during the test, however Serene felt no need to investigate further. She wasn't one to take unnecessary risks, after all.

Yasuhiro Uchiha
Yasuhiro walked calmy out of the exam room once it was finished, having removed his genjutsu from the boy. The boy hadn't been kicked out because he never broke any rule but Yasuhiro didn't think hed see much of him from then on. In fact the boy seemed to be genuinely avoiding him. He wondered for a moment about what the boy had seen. But that was the beauty of it, he had no idea the horors were fashioned by the one within the maze. He just set them free.
He felt what little chakra he had used replenish, more then likely the actions of some jounin. Leaning against the wall he looked around finding a few of the others settling down, taking seats and waiting patiently for the next part. Or something to happen at least.
Personally yasuhiro was contemplating what his results wwould be for the first portion of the test. Thanks to koto he had figured out the answer, but not how to answer the question. I can only hope I got at least a few points for not lighting the front of the room on fire. he thought looking over at Serene. Then with a sigh closed his eyes. All he could do was wait.

Uchiha Koto "Your first cut..."

Koto still had a grim smile on his face when he entered the holding area. He didn't speak to anyone...not yet... he went to a wall opposite the door and drew his tanto absentmindedly spinning it in his hands and staring at that door...smiling...always smiling.
he waited patiently for Sessouresu to come through that door...he wanted eye contact as soon as the younger genin walked in so that he knew...the offer still stood...the challenge still remained. His postistion, leaned nonchalantly against the wall, said he was relaxed...but his eyes, trained as they were upon that doorway said two words to their intended target: "Get some..."

"Bitterness is a Cancer, It eats Upon the host..."
After the Jounin spoke Sessouresu slid his sword back into its place and followed the others out of the room; however just when he reached the door the boy turned around and looked at Zarai, giving the man a one digit salute. "And your ******** answer is no" With that he once again turned and walked out of the room. Which was suddenly filled with a number of gasp's as the Genin who had been looking at the board replied as it updated. There scores from the test beforehand updating the current screen. Only the first boy who had been kicked out of the test still having his score be 0. While the Average score seemed to be floating between 13 and 15. While of course there were the stand outs, passing above that.
As he walked out The boy looked at the score and shrugged slightly, he could have done better in his own opinion, but at least he wasn't doing horrible. A moment later the boy heard Koto's voice and turned to look at him, Koto had been watching him; but Sessouresu hadn't even known; or cared that he was there. "Eloquent to say the least" He said to the boys comment. "As much as I would love to simply wipe the floor with your crippled a**; or turn you into ash..." He said before looking at a number of the Jounin who were watchign the area. "I don't want it so much to start a fight here, and get kicked out. They wouldn't have Jounin here unless we could do something punishable" As he said this he continued to walk away from Koto. "And I'm pretty sure murder would get me kicked out. Come find me when we are actually allowed to fight" As he walked away Sessouresu muttered something under his breath. "Of ******** course when he actually decides to try to start a fight, its the one time we cant""...But anger is like a Fire, It burns all clean"

  "Only Strength Can Cooperate..."
After a few minutes Zarai walked back out of the exam room and into the middle of the holding area. "congratulations on making it through the first quarter... some of you better than others" With that the man looked at the Genin who had the score of 0. "Your Next test will be a combat simulation. However before it starts You must vote on what you would prefer. A single one on one Match; Pairs, Or teams of three" As he said that a number of Jounin walked around handing out Paper and Pencils. "When you are completed, hand your paper to a Jounin; and we will start set up for the next round of the Exam" "..Weakness Can Only Beg"

Uchiha Koto "Your first cut..."

Sessouresu's disappointment seemed almost tangible to Koto, who was less than pleased about being unable to...settle things...with Sessouresu. "I know you're as disappointed as I am runt. I'm sure we'll get the chance to enjoy a good fight soon. I certainly hope so anyway." he said sheathing his tanto and taking one of the pieces of paper and a pencil.
He thought about what would work best for him...and he grinned to him self... He had chosen to vote for pairs...
He knew that one genjutsu would be the end of him...but having a partner meant potentially mitigating that issue...as much as he would love a one on one with sessouresu they could always have at it after the exams. For now he needed to focus on success.
He handed the paper into Zarai and wondered if there was more to the jounin proctor than his eerily familiar personality...or lack there of.

Sharingan, One Tomoe: InactiveWhen he walked out he felt something, different. Like energy he had spent was now being restored. It was slow and steady but at least twice the rate he had been recovering on his own. He looked up and noticed Yasuhiro and Serene resting in silence. Koto and Sessouresu seemed to be at odds or at the wrong end of an argument stopped short.
A jounin approached him handing a piece of paper and a pencil. Without hesitation he scribbled in the solo combat. Folded his paper neatly, and gave it to the jounin. He had thought about his battle in the near future, run several possible simulations in his head. All of them.. interesting to say the least. But for right now he was running on a personal issue of pride. He had been beaten, on his own. Twice, there would not be a third before he improved."Hmm, this will be fun."He took a moment and headed back into the ring.

~Feed the fire, break your vision~ Takeo arrived back in the original room and noticed the others had made it out of the first quarter room. A jounin handed him a piece of paper and asked that he make a choice for the next part of the exam, which was to be combat. One on one, pairs, or teams of three. Takeo crossed out a threesome in his mind. It was very unlikely that he would get paired with two people he wanted to work with. Koto was acting weird and Sessouresu didn't even garner a thought. Serene and Haruki would be fine, he supposed. Yasuhiro was still in the middle. He wasn't 100% sure on him yet. After some thought, he decided on pairs. 3/5 of the people in the room wouldn't be a problem with him, so he figured that was the best choice. He handed his paper to the jounin and leaned up against the wall, not feeling like gambling anymore for the moment. Maybe his luck would turn after the next part of the exam....

Character Theme: And Dignified Like A Blooming Flower Serene had a strange mentality, one that was most likely much different from the rest of the clan. She of course wanted to become as strong as possible, and worked hard to achieve that goal. But she knew that she would never truly rise to the top there. It wasn't hard for her to admit the Uchiha were easily stronger than her own clan, naturally she was at a disadvantage. So she tended to think of things in a much more singular perspective. She wanted to become as strong as she could, not worrying about how strong she appeared to others or who was more powerful than her.
When it came to this testing, she found very little meaning in them. It was true that if she did well she might reach the rank of Chunin, but she couldn't say actually reaching that rank mattered much to her. She was in this exam to test her abilities, she of course would try not to fail but failure wasn't that much of a concern for her either. If she remained a genin she wouldn't care much. While fighting alone would put her at a disadvantage, especially if she had to go up against someone with an active sharingan, it would be the best test of her individual abilities.
Serene wrote in her vote, choosing a one on one match. As she handed the paper in, she was already thinking, trying to figure out what would be her best option if she suspected being put in a genjutsu.

Yasuhiro Uchiha
Yasuhiro looked up as the scores were updated a slightly annoyed expression on his face. He had gotten points but he knew he could have gotten more if he had known how to answer not just the answer itself. He wondered to himself how he got any points at all. He hadn't done much more then put two genin in a genjutsu and break a desk.
Adjusting his scarf as the jounin spoke he waited for the paper to come around. "So one on one, pairs, or groups... tough decision. As well as a good way to decide character. If someone chose a group it would mean they thought they could work well and coordinate better then someone who wanted one on ones." he said thinking out loud.
Thinking for a moment he looked at some of the others. Many of them wouldnt work together very well. It would be best to limit the headache. So adjusting his grip on the pencil he wrote down his answer. "Pairs"
