Baths
Welcome to the castle baths, where all of the servants wash and get ready for the day. There are separate rooms for women and men. If you are caught in the other gender's assigned bathing room, then you will be severely punished.

Anwen had taken the bundle of clothing that a maid had given to her and went into the bathing rooms, glad that no one else was in the women's. It's odd now that I don't have to hide my true gender, but... I'm still rather uncomfortable around my own. She then took off the ragged and dirty clothes that she had worn for the past several days and bathed quickly, making sure to make herself look presentable for the court before drying off and redressing in the clothes that she had been given. Unfortunately, it was a dress, but fortunately it fit her. It was a white cream color with little embellishment, but it was perfect for her tastes; keeping herself plain and as simple looking as possible. She'd always detested women that thought the more frill you added to a dress the better.
Then she slipped on the slippers, finding them to be rather uncomfortable in comparison to the boots that she'd always worn since she'd chosen the path of becoming a squire. I hope I look presentable enough... but then again, why should I care? That's when she looked down on the rim of the bath and saw a white lotus hair pin and pinned her bangs back with it, and when she looked in the mirror, she didn't recognize herself. The dress allowed her feminine curves to be known, but not prominent, and it gave her a sense of delicacy. Well, I guess this is the best I'm going to look... Then she left to go to the prince's quarters and speak with him before they made an appearance in the court.
