Background:
Zephyrium was born to a poor family in Death City. He was a studious child, and a bit curious, maybe too curious, as his parents would soon discover. He was found in his room, studying books full of text about witches and their magic, knowledge not fit for someone so young, it was decided. At a young age, he showed great potential with the strength of his soul, and so it was decided that he should enroll in the DWMA, to perhaps curb his insatiable curiosity while also allowing him to harness the power of his soul for something more productive.
He immediately took to the school, and has never been happier. He loves the atmosphere there, full of meisters and weapons, each a different study in human relations, and the power of souls. His parents were correct, the DWMA has helped curb his curiosity, towards his studies at the school. He's found in the library near constantly, and his teachers applaud his thirst for knowledge.
Abilities:
Soul Perception: His is weak, but it's there. He can't see a soul except for rather up close, and even then can't read it well.

Personality:
He tries to get along as best he can with other students, but will not go out of his way to make friends. If someone doesn't like him, he accepts it as a simple eventuality, as he knows that not everyone is going to be friends, but to him this does not give him any reason to not at least get along with them courteously.
If you hurt one of his books, he will be...rather upset. They are the most precious posessions he has, to him. He can be found at night laying in bed, hugging a book, smiling while he sleeps, sometimes mumbling about the things he has learned that day.
He greatly enjoys sharing his knowledge, and he loves inquisitve people. Of all the traits in human beings, or anything at all, he believes curiosity to be the purest, and most beautiful. He'll answer almost any question posed to him, and if he doesn't know the answer, he will go to great lengths to find it for you, or even just to satisfy his own need to know if you cease to care.
