I'm curious, do any of you have 'house rules' which you impliment at your gaming tables? And for what systems? What level do you normally start you players on? Do you have any "home-brew" races or classes?

I have yet to GM at all but these are a few of the 'house rules' which I would use in a game should I run one:

A- Samurai, Ninja, Monk, Gunslinger and Psion classes are all prohibited (this includes the 'Trophy Hunter' Archetype for Ranger which uses guns)

B- Half Elves *must* multiclass and only they can do so

C- Only one Half Elf character per adventuring group, this is done to prevent so many multiclass characters

D- Halflings & Gnomes take penatlies to Str (Halfling Neg4, Gnome Neg cool due to their being small in stature

E- One character per class, this is done to prevent an entire team of melee fighters or magic users- diversity is the spice of life and of the game
