Why. Just like last time, he had been put in a female golem. Worse yet, a ROTTING female golem. <******** my life, he thought to himself. Maybe he could convince potential weapons without talking? ...This was going to be a looooong mission... Otto grumbled, limping across the walkway attempting to get used to this body. Inwardly he lamented having to try to be charismatic enough to lure these beasts to their side. it was hard enough in his real body, let alone a female one. He couldn't rely on yelling or hitting people. He had to use... ugh... his brain. Otto huffed again, stopped by a tree, and banged his/her head against it.

Willow was laying in the shade of the tree in her natural form. Tail flickering, she had perhaps been asleep when the zombie had approached to bang it's head against the tree. Opening one eye, then sitting up the tigress let out a great yawn, tongue curling before she closed her mouth again.
"Mmm... Banging your head isn't going to get much done." She called trying to sound helpful. The byakko's tail curled around her as she watched the red head. They looked pretty angry.

Otto stiffened his posture as a vice broke his rage filled business, eyes darting down to where the Byakko lay. Crap. Too soon for an encounter. he was nowhere near ready! He hadn't even thought of a name or a reason why his voice would come out sounding like a teenage boy instead of female zombie.
"Er---" Otto snapped his mouth shut, stepping back and rubbing his forehead. s**t, he couldn't just walk away, run away. This was his job. Playing mute would get him no where, as easy as it was. It was no way to get info. "I---I know that.." He muttered, glaring down at Willow.
Maybe she wouldn't notice he did not sound like a ghoul? Wishful thinking.

The byakko's ears flicked forward. "Do you?" She asked, at least she seemed lazy, though he'd captured her attention. Her head tilted a bit as she watched, "Then why where you hitting your head against a tree?"
Perhaps she was going to leave the voice thing alone, Willow stood up. Shaking out her fur the tiger walked around the zombie ghoul who'd just stepped back from the tree. Perhaps surprised? "Your voice..." She paused, something was off about this ghoul.
"Sounds a bit... deep." The ghost finished. She finally sat down in front of Otto watching her.

"C-cause! I was lettin' off steam!" He responded defiantly, off to a fantastic start making 'friends'. Honestly, why was he in Death again? This stuff was so beyond him. Still, it beat being in Sun or something. There had to be a reason they stuck him here.
His voice. He visibly tensed at her words, watching the tiger move about and sit in front of him. "Yeah. I get that a lot. Got a problem with it?" He answered stubbornly, crossing his/her arms over his busty chest. Honestly, why another busty female? Oh Fate, why?

She blinked and chuckled, "No need to defensive."
The tiger shook her head a bit as she watched the other, "Hm... oh no not really, it's just odd. Wasn't sure if you had a cold or something."
There was a stretch before the tigress laid back down in front of the zombie. "Are you new, or have you been around a while?" The ghost was trying to make for conversation, but of course with the other already being angry there was the likely hood that the ghoul didn't want to talk much.
"Oh... forgive me for being rude. I'm Willow."

Cold? You mean these things get colds? Why didn't you tell me!?
<> Tenya asked from within his mind.
Way to space out! Just when I needed you!! Otto could have really used that information. Useless weapon.
Otto decided it best to sit down with the tiger, sitting cross legged without much regard for modesty. It wasn't as if he knew abut sitting etiquette with a skirt. Looks like Willow would get an eye full of whatever undergarment the Golem had been given. "New." Otto responded, poker faced in the face of danger. He wasn't even sure what she meant by it, and answered on a whim. He assumed new to the school, in which case he wasn't really lying. He'd been in Halloween, but certainly not on campus like this.
"Willow.. right... My name is---"
<>
"--Tenya..." He added, without skipping a beat.
DAMMNIT TENYA---ugh whatever. Mentally he scolded his weapon, outwardly looking annoyed, but when did he not?

Willow's tail flickered as she watched, closing her eyes for a second when the ghoul decided to sit down and flash jack knows who. Willow coughed slightly, "Well Tenya... Perhaps we need to work on your manners a bit...."
Did the school have an etiquette class? If not they really needed to get one. Her ears flicked back, "Would you mind not flashing me your.... underwear." Of course she had to be laying down so the tigress got a face full. One paw draped over her eyes. "I'm sure your boil friend would enjoy that more than me."

Huh? Manners? Sure, his manners sucked, but what had he done recently to warrant her jumping the gun? Was he too loud? Honestly he normally wouldn't give a s**t but he was supposed to be---
<
Ah ******** pulled the skirt down enough to cover his/her decency, not really sure how else he was supposed to sit. Tenya was naming off ways a little too excitedly. Finally, he shifted enough so he wasn't baring all.
So, what the Hell is this thing? One of those mini pets? And what the Hell is a Boil Friend?

Otto restrained himself from eye rolling or other behavior that which was innate for him, trying to come off as pleasant as was possible. "Right, my bad." Otto managed to say, keeping as little snark as possible from dripping from his tone. Now then, he was here on a mission. Find out how to get these freaks to agree to being weapons. Though obviously he had to apply a lot of tact. It would be best to work slowly.
"So anyway. Why're ya sleepin' out here anyway? Ain't ya got a bed or somethin? I figure.. ghouls ought not to sleep by themselves out in the open.."

Willow heard the other shift and found it safe to open her eyes. Thank jack for that, seriously how hard was it for a ghoul to learn sitting in a skirt like that was a bad idea. "Honestly, you should invest in some pants if you want to sit like that."
There was a pause as the other ghoul asked her about sleeping outside. Willow's ear twitched as she sat up. "Because it's nice outside." She answered, "You wouldn't like being cooped up all day would you?"
There was another pause as the other spoke about ghouls sleeping outside. There was a distinct look of 'are you serious' written across the tiger's face. There was a sigh as the tiger brought up a paw and flexed so her claws showed and bared her teeth in a snarl.
After a moment she dropped the act and looked at Tenya. "I think I can take care of myself, don't you?" Her fur bristled a little bit, "Despite what certain authorities figures think around here, we can hold our own. And we have..."
She paused, "Are boils putting things like that into your head? 'cause if they're telling you it's not safe to do things like sleep outside for a bit they're jacking silly."

"R-right.." Otto replied, looking a bit embarrassed, or as embarrassed as a rotting body could look. "Not uh.. used to sitting on the ground is all.." A quick and convenient excuse, but maybe it would work.
Willow's snarl made Otto flinch, shoulders hunched and her body leaning away. It had honestly scared him a bit. "Uh, yeah you sure can." he agreed, relaxing ever slightly. He did note her tone regarding 'authority figures'. This was a sore spot, and something he could manipulate. "Yeah, so I hear." He replied regarding the lack of trust in those of a higher position.
"Oh.. well.." Otto hesitated and fiddled with the hem of his... ugh.. skirt. "Yeah.. they say stuff like that and then try and get me to let them walk me home.. and stuff." It was a move he often pulled with his girlfriend back before Deus. Seemed legit it would happen here too.

"You'll learn." She said with a nod.
Noting the other flinching brought a smile to the byakko's face. Perhaps slightly twisted looking for an animal. She shrugged, "Eh what can you do, when they spread lies about the hunters." The ghosts voice had dropped as she looked around she rolled her shoulders.
She nodded, and then shook her head looking slightly serious, "That's what makes 'em think we're weak and stuff when we accept silly offers like that." She paused, "I mean I know it's not for every ghoul, especially those that worry about breaking a nail. It's just silly though to let someone walk over you like that."
She stretched a bit, looking over the zombie ghoul, "Do you have any thoughts on these humans?" She was back tracking a bit it seemed. "Think they're something made up to make little scarelings behave or do you believe in them?" Willow was curious as to see what the other would answer.

"Right.." Otto replied. Honestly he was glad Willow switched back to talk of Hunters. He was not comfortable pretending to be a ghoul with boil troubles. Besides, he was here on a mission. He needed to find a way to convince Halloween folk to willingly side with Hunters. Not ony that, he needed to remember to steer the conversation back toward her lack of trust in the school's authority at some point.
"Humans?" This was a chance to get information on the situation. "I haven't seen them personally. I figured all this Human and Hunter talk was meant to scare underclassmen. It uh.. sure scared me." Yes, play the uncertain and timid Snot. Maybe that would help earn some kind of trust and bond.
"Then, they do exist? Or.."

Willow's shoulders rolled, "Humans..."
Her head tilted a bit as the other ghoul spoke, "Depends on who you ask about them."
Her claws dug into the ground a bit before she shifted to her student form. "After all the boogeymen refuse to acknowledge such silly whims of students." She stood there for a second adjusting her short Qipao and shaking out her pants. "You're told one thing, see another. Depends on what you want to believe and who you want to trust."
Her eyes traveled to the reserve. "It also depends on what you want for the future."
"You want to sit there and believe the humans don't exist?" There was a small pause, "Well either way if they exist or don't, or if something happens to the fear we no longer exist." Her shoulders rolled. "At least, that's what I've seen."

Otto's eyes widened ever slightly as Willow morphed into her student form. This actually made it easier to talk to her, albeit he was still weirded out by her looks. Still, he had to hold back remarks and scoffs. He was a zombie, not a human. He needed to treat this is as normal.
Boogeymen? Otto tried to recall if he knew what they were again, wishing he'd paid better attention to lectures. Then again all of this just seemed like a typical The People vs Politics.
"So.." Otto rubbed his temples, looking like he was processing a lot of information at once. "They do.. exist.. is what you're saying?" The undead golem cracked her neck a bit to the side. "But the Boogeymen don't want us to think so. Does that make Humans dangerous? Or are they like.. trying to hide something bigger? Sorry, I've practically lived under a rock. Maybe I'm just dense.."
