Blackstone first arrived in the multi-verse in a bit of a bad mood. He appeared inside an old apartment building where his business tower SHOULD have been...and now only had the clothes on his back, and the powers he was currently carrying. He traveled about on foot, looking for a way to re-build his home, find those he knew, just try to get back on his feet.
Blackstone soon found his way to Murder World. He made his way inside, and managed to avoid many of Arcade's traps and robots. He soon came upon Alex and the two had a brief confrontation. He froze her in ice after she burned and sliced up his jacket. One of the Commissar's robots found Blackstone and invited him to join the Commissar's group. Blackstone was told to find the underground complex located under the beach not far from Wayne Manor.
He was found and approached by Shadow Spider, who needed his help. Needing help to find Rosie's parents, she went to the best sources she could find. The first being the Kingpin, who needed his tower fixed up after it had been attacked multiple times. She asked for Blackstone to use his powers to fix the building, and in exchange she would fix his damaged suit and take him straight to the beach. Blackstone agreed, and did as she asked. He even flirted a bit with her, though it was more because of how contrasting she was to her original clone, Sapphire Spider. Shadow made it clear she loathed him, and left. Blackstone smirked and made his way to the Commissar's underground base
There was very little to do there, as the Commissar had fallen under hard times. Hush confronted Blackstone, and offered to have the two of them team up. Blackstone agreed, and left with Hush after they raided the weaponry and made their way to Hush's childhood mansion.
Promising to keep under a low profile, not much has publicly been seen of Blackstone. He made his way to Audra Ailith to speak with his estranged wife Edel, and has been inside her home since.
Time of course can last as long as needed inside her home, but only be minutes in the real world. So Blackstone has been in no rush to leave.

Nostalgia first appeared inside Edel's home, and has been staying with her. She is rarely seen unless she travels with Edel, or gets visitors that come to see Edel.
Natalie was taken with Edel to the Underground Exhibit when they had captured Black Cat and Reaper. Edel let Natalie go around and pick out “whatever dolls she wanted”. Then she was sent back home to Audra Alith.
Natalie was seen again when Carlie Jordon came looking for her Father and other Green Lanterns. Edel came and got one of the dolls Natalie was playing with, and turned him back into his human self. After Hal Jordon was united with his future daughter Carlie Jordon, Edel's house was attacked by the being that had kidnapped many of the heroes as it tried to take some of the other dolls. Edel tried to fight it off, but the being threatened to take Natalie and take control of the rest of the house. Edel let it take the dolls and instead tried to protect her home and family. The being warned to keep her business to herself and not to help any of the heroes again.
Natalie was last seen inside her room at Edel's home. Rosie brought Lucas and Alex upstairs to meet her Aunt. The group is currently inside her room, talking with Natalie.
