I just recently finished the dress for a Cirno cosplay finished and all i need to do now is make the wings. most people say they use tights and spray-paint them for the fabric for their wings but i found this fabric that looks really good to me and i wanna know if you guys think it would work. heres a picture of it:  is it too sparkly or something? this is my first time making wings for a cosplay so im not sure about anything. i got it on sale for pretty cheap so im fine if it dosent work ill just go get tights like most people do.

...Erm, what? Oh yeah, wings. I think that fabric will work well! I mean, they are -ice- wings, so I'd imagine they would glisten and shine in bright light. What kind of frame are you using? Wire?

I couldnt find any stiff enough wire that i could still bend so i got wire clothes-hangers and ill use plyers to bend them into shape. Thank you! I was worried that it might not look right or something for some reason.

I got one tip here: Try as much detail as possible and be creative. One person in Fanime got their flandre wings to light up. [Ironically, she's one of my friends if you've seen her lol]
