Welcome, welcome (rather belatedly, I suppose)!
Did you need any help sorting out your character? I've not been very active here lately, but I'm very experienced as a character builder, and I'd be more than happy to help if you need it.
Also, could you reconsider your BOS? Teleportation isn't really a Deadman power. Branches are generally defensive or offensive, based on armour or weapons, and made of blood.
Anyway, you have a good start here; just flesh out a little bit more, if you would, so that others can have an idea of your character while they RP with you!
