Of Noxus and Demacia (Open)

The Institute of War, AKA League of Legends

The city-states of Noxus and Demacia have been at each others throats time after time, yet again at a stand still. Since the quelling of the war courtesy of the installation of the League of Legends, Noxus' thirst for war has been pacified, at least on the surface. Tensions arise in Demacia, its leaders fighting to have the most prominence in the League, therefore more power. Ionia, though it seems to be naught but a third party, has watched both factions closely, inserting their own Champion into the fray when necessary.

When a caravan escorting Demacian officials is attacked and brutally slaughtered, the use of poison and necromancy lingering at the scene, Demacia immediately turns to their timeless enemies. With accusations and rumors furthering the already raging tensions between the two states, Noxus responds aggressively. Skirmishes erupt on the borders and bands on both sides are being ruthlessly attacked.

Noxus officials claim innocence in the assassinations of the Demacian officials despite the fact that their response has implied otherwise. Their words fall on the deaf ears on Demacia who continue their accusations.

The responsibility to quell the city states has fallen to the respective Champions participating in the League of Legends. Will this quarrel be solved through their efforts? Or is outside action necessary?

Demacia

Where You Begin:Your Champion is currently in their respective quarters in the Leagues main building. Noxus and their allies usually occupy the eastern wing, with Singed running the bar on that side. Demacia and Ionia tend to stick to the western wing, where Gragas in turn, runs the bar on that side. The middle area is filled more so with summoners, the occasional Champion wandering in their midst. There are no rules telling each faction to stay on specific sides, however most Champions chose to, lest a quarrel break out.

Rules: 1. No godmodding

2. You must play a champion from the game, no OC's

3. Please be literate, and avoid one sentence posts if you can.

4. PM me the name of the champion you wish to play as

5. If you speak OOC, use double parenthesis (())

6. Try to be respectful yet if your character is obviously hateful towards a member of a different faction, by all means rp it. Just dont over-do it razz

7. There will be summoner matches you can RP, just pm me and either myself or another Crew-member will initiate them. There will also be out of match events and whatever else.


8. Despite the fact that I will be RPing as well, I'll also be the Overseer of sorts; choosing when to initiate Summoner matches as well as RPing NPCs. So watch the coloring of the speech, so you know who is speaking or acting. Keep in mind, another Crew-Member may NPC or Oversee. So learn who they are xp

9. If you really want to, you can RP up to 2 champions.... HAVE FUN
