A few days after returning from her 'productive' weekend away at home, it was time to go out, yet again, to do some dragon hunting. She packed her pouch of fresh herbs and healing supplies before getting ready to travel to Serenia. From there, she would take off to the continent of Ayr, where she would surely find an Ayrala dragon.
When she landed on the shores of Serenia through the portal, she instantly knew what she needed to do. She jumped into Naomi's boat and took off towards the North. Towards the continent of Ayr. It was a long, tedious boat ride north.
Hours upon hours later, the tiny Dovaa was exhausted from rowing. She let the water carry her a bit. "How far away is this continent?" she asked herself. She heard the crashing of the waves upon her boat minute after minute. The waves her carrying her forward for the time being, so she decided to rest.
Finally, within a few moments, as the sun was setting, she saw land ahead of her. That instantly took her spirit from low to high in a moments notice. It was then that she knew she needed to get to that land. It had to be Ayr! She saw the fog surrounding the forested region, it was a beautiful sight to behold. Though the sun was setting, it would soon become cold and full of fog if she didn't hurry.
Kav paddled as fast as her little arms would allow. Oh how at this moment she wished she had chosen Peisio. That way she could just swim there with no trouble at all. Though, that wasn't the case.
Finally, the sun was almost set, and she was finally nearing the continent. There was no life here, besides that of the dragons. Not much was known of Ayr. If any Ayrala Dovaa had decided to settle here, that was fine for them, but Kav instantly realized how much she would hate living here just because of how thick the fog was.
It wasn't long before she decided to set up a little camp fire with some sticks she had found along the beach. It was far too dark to go dragon hunting now. She needed for the fog to be thinner before trying anything that risky. Her people were always warned that the Continent of Ayr wasn't the best place to go, but it was necessary in order to obtain an Ayrala Dragon Orb.
Kav began to grow weary and the small fire she had created was almost burned out. She curled up around her small flame and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Suddenly, she was woken by a scream of an Ayrala dragon. Each dragon had their own specific screech alerting other nearby dragons that danger was near. Well, apparently one had spotted her, she flipped about, not knowing what to do. It was still dark and her fire was completely out. Not even her coals were still red. Everything was ash. She flipped her head back and forth, turning around in circles trying to see anything she could. But to no avail, it was far too foggy and dark to see anything. "Come on out you stupid dragon! I will show you what I've got!" she called into the darkness. She was a bit afraid of what could happen, though she didn't want to show any fear.
Kav quickly summoned her two vines for protection, just in case she needed to use them. The screech was echoing, so she couldn't even tell which way to start firing off her whips. Her body continued to turn around with every screech she heard.
BAM! She was suddenly sent flying backward with great force, no doubt that of a powerful Ayrala. The dragon landed right before her and screamed in her face before flapping its wing and flying upward. It could be seen sucking in a large amount of air. Boy were these dragons bigger than the Ysali or what. Before it was able to blow out what air it had sucked in, Kavanna quickly did Vine Summon > Grasp before anything else and threw the dragon back, forcing the air from its lungs upwards. However, it landed on its feet and began to suck in a massive amount of air once again as soon as it caught its balance. Kavanna began to run from her current position and luckily was barely nicked by the blast of air. It didn't look like she had any leaves besides those she had taken with her, but her pack wasn't on her shoulder, she had left it near her campfire ashes. It was then that she took the chance and sprinted as fast as she could towards the pouch. Suddenly, a burst of wind hit her smack dab in the face. Not only that, but her pouch was with the wind, knocking her back even further, making her land on her back.
Quickly recovering from her fall, she plucked her pouch from the ground and ran in a 'z' pattern away from the dragon. She was now fully fearful of what this thing could do. Her face throbbing from the pouches impact, she quickly took a few leaves from inside, closing it back up. Kav then imbued the leaves with Ysali magic, making them razor sharp like she normally did.
She could hear the pattering of the dragon's footsteps behind her as she ran, and thus, she decided to quickly jump in a 180 degree half circle, throwing the three leaves she had imbued with power as hard as she could towards the oncoming dragon. She couldn't see if the leaves had hit, but she did hear another screech, this time one more of pain than that of the previous warning scream.
As soon as that screech was heard, she stopped, turned around, and did her vine summoning once more. "Grasp!" she screamed. Suddenly another, softer screech was heard. She still couldn't see what exactly was going on around her, but she knew that her grasp spell had worked. She then continued to lift the creature into the air. It was then that Kav walked closer to the creature, who was wrapped up and entangled in her vines. A smirk had crawled up in place of fear. She had won. She took the dragon, like she used to with the other Ysali, and slammed it to the ground with such force that it broke it's neck. The dragon glowed a faint gray and suddenly all that was left was bone and an Ayrala Dragon Soul Orb.
Now she needed to get back to the Celestial Plane. Her smile still on her face.
