Okay so like totally HYPED because I got this email and I might actually be like totally a real life grown up with a job in my expertise area which many people are practically KILLING for (helloooooooo effects of economy) /squealssssssssss heart
ALSO I was going to make this thread about stuff but organising thoughts is beyond me so cue info dump!

{I've been hooked on inspirational speech videos lately}
The other day I was playing with a bunch of kids in the sandpit (shut up it was fun building sandcastles emotion_donotwant ) and one girl about 4 turns to me and asks 'Are you a mummy?'
Cue blanking out and internal slight freakout 'No I'm not'
She looks confused for a moment and then says 'So when are you going to have kids?'
...
...
At this point all panic stations are going and it's mad terrified mutant chaos in my brain because, how do you explain to a 4 year old the complexities of having children and your logical viewpoint on the matter. I don't think I've ever had such a deer-in-the-headlights experience before *shudder* small children have a scary straightforward outlook.
Thankfully she got distracted before I had to reply but I still feel traumatised by the whole experience gonk
