Your trainer and a riding pokemon of their choice, rental or owned, line up at the starting line. Your goal is to catch up to one of the three pokemon that have already started to sprint away.
Roll a 100-sided die to try to get the same number as one of the pokemon, you have an hour from the posted times (a big GO will be posted c: )
It is encouraged you put something in your post, namely a little roleplaying blurb of your trainer racing.
When you catch a pokemon, please post in large letters what you caught. If you catch a pokemon you don't want, you may release it in a post in large letters to let the other competitors and I know that the pokemon is still up for grabs.

Katie had never ridden a pokemon before, let alone rented one for a race. She was a little nervous, but she wanted to try this. And so, as she spotted the three pokemon running away, she urged her rental to go just a little faster – she wanted to at least try and catch up to them!

Lyle perched on the back of his rented Ponyta, clutching awkwardly to the reigns. He'd never even sat on one before, but if it'd get him a chance at getting a new pokemon, he'd give it a try. He waited eagerly for the race to start, watching the pokemon run away. Then the chase started! How did you make a Ponyta go? He kicked a bit and yelled "Go!" until the horse ran off after the fleeing pokemon.

Trying desperately to keep her seat, Katie groaned in frustration, she was beginning to despair of ever catching those pokemon! Leaning over her mount’s neck, she pleaded with it to try and go just a little faster. They had to catch one of them, right?

Lyle bounced on the back on the running pokemon, trying to stay on. How were you supposed to do this? He wrapped one hands in the reins and held on to the saddle with the other until he managed to get more or less balanced. Then he remembered the goal and looked up to try and find the pokemon they were chasing.

Lyle looked around, trying to figure out which pokemon was closest. The Blitzle? Or maybe the Purloin? He tugged his mount's reins, trying to get it to move towards one of the prize pokemon.

Seru had absolutely no idea where she was going... if her rented steed was headed the right way or even if she was supposed to go yet. But Sylvira barked loudly in the right direction, and she nudged her steed out, running, hearing 3 pokemon ahead of her... hoping to catch one.

Cara sat on Punkin, her Zebstrika, and held on tight as they set off after the trio of pokemon. Punkin was incredibly fast and she and Cara had been training for the race the entire week prior to the race. Cara was hoping to catch either the Purrloin or the Deerling, but this race would also help with Punkin's speed and agility. ((not really but one can always imagine))

Pretty hard, apparently – she still hadn’t caught them! Katie groaned and continued to try and beg her mount for a little more speed. Were they ever going to catch up?

Lyle's pokemon swerved in the direction he pulled the reins, but it turned too far! He pulled the reins the other way to get back on track, but he pulled to hard again and it turned too far. He wrestled with the reins, trying to get it in the right direction.

Stubbling over a rock, Stanley decided that it would probably be best to run in a different way in order to catch one of these gorgeous pokemon, so he decided to go after the closest one that he could see.
