Background Story:
Roxanne was born in Hellskitchen, New York. Her family lived in a small apartment. Dad was a cop, mom was a mistress to her employer. Great set, right? At the age of nine she witnessed her father killing her mother. She did the only thing she could; she ran.
Living off the streets for a year, Roxanne eventually was found by Child Protection Services. She was taken in by a nice couple in Queens. Later Roxanne began to develop a liking of Paranormal literature. Her foster parents were Catholic, and so she was raised to believe in demons. She enjoyed vampire myths and novels as well.
At nineteen she went to college, majoring in Mechanics and Auto design, and minoring in Paranormal research. At twenty two she was nearly killed by the equivalent to vampire. She was saved by an agent of the D.P.A and indited into the program. After a series of transfusions, she became superhuman and began to hunt the creatures of the night.
At twenty five she bought the Bar and uses it as her D.P.A cover, as well as a pool for paranormal activity tracking.
