Distinguishing Features: Bright pink coloration, naga body style, various Dragonair jewels, a horn, and wing like ears.

About: Peony is a sweet, flirty, friendly and quirky dragon that spends his time playing around, dressing up, and taking care of the little twins that are his trainers. He isn't too bad at battling though tends not to do so due to not wanting to chip a nail. His high level, a handful of those levels caused by Rare Candy fed to him by his trainers, he is intimidating enough to keep most Pokemon at bay. This allows him and his trainers to enjoys their time out without too many battles.

~ Peony lives in a two story house in the town just South of the Whaloh Ocean with his twin trainers, their mother, and their father. He is deabting getting his own place when he grows older though, feeling as though the parents of his trainer aren't too thrilled with him being a PokeHuman. He means to find a new Dratini for the twins to care for before he leaves though.

~ A strange and quirky, shiny Dratini being raised, trained, and dressed up by a couple of tiny twin trainers. They are entertained by his antics and willing to dress up in anything and in turn he loves them unconditionally.

~ Just as odd as when he was a normal Pokemon Peony seems to still have a great love for odd clothing, not minding at all still as the twins help him in picking out the strangest outfits possible to wear. His ability to talk helps him to better communicate with the pair, causing them to grow closer.

~ Sweet and flirty Peony has developed a love for make up as well as pretty pretty clothing. His evolution to Dragonair has excited his trainers quite a bit though his growth to a teen form hasn't pleased their parents all too much. They seem to think he is far too grown up for them.
