PERSONALITY
Hot-headed -
For the most part Cyphir likes to keep up the appearance of a cool, collected business owner, and generally speaking she succeeds at this. Of course, generally things run smoothly and go her way. On the odd occasion this happens to change though all pretense of rationality and coolness strip away to relieve a person with a very short temper, a fractured example of patients, and the inability to coop with stress. No, these are not necessarily the markings of a great business owner, and if not for a natural knack for the logistics and actual business end of things(Not to mention a love of her job), Cyphir would have closed up shop a long time ago. Though it doesn't happen often, when things go down hill, it's not uncommon to hear yelling coming from the Frostwood Manor, or the sound of glasses shattering.
And if you happen to the source of her agrivation, you had best be ready to defend yourself, because this is a woman that isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. If you piss her off, she will more then likely slap, kick, or even slug you. Yes, she's very lady like.
Opinionated -
The idea of holding one's tongue in certain company has always been a silly notion to this woman. She believes firmly that every person is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions, and they (specifically herself) should be allowed to share said views. If she finds a persons clothing hideous, she will oft say so. If she thinks your idea is ridiculous, she will eagerly inform you of such. She speaks her mind, and loudly. There are of course exceptions to this loose-tongued ideal, and that is when the presence of very select individuals. It's just bad business to talk down to, or insult a person with the authority to have you arrested, or shut down.
That's not to say she won't complain at length about said person behind their back once they've gone on their way though.
Eccentric -
Cyphir has, and always will, do things her own way. It might not always been the right way, or the socially acceptable, but it's what she's comfortable with, and it's always worked for her in the past. She wears what she wants, despite the occasional odd glance, because it's comfortable, and for her line of work and everyday life it makes sense. She runs her business in a way that to some people probably seems odd, but for the last four years since it's been opened things have gone damn right smooth and she sees no reason to change things up now. She's a little off, a little different, and just a little inappropriate, but hey, it works for her.
Confident -
From the time she was running around in the snow as a child cy has been self confident and headstrong. She's always preferred doing things for herself, and she's always had a healthy view of herself, her abilities, and how the world around her sees her. She knows her strengths, and accepts her weaknesses, and uses both to her advantage whenever possible. She knows she's an attractive woman, and that her looks can, and do, make an excellent tool for business.
Extrovert -
Cyphir "feeds" of the energy of other's. She craves attention, loves being lively crowds, and her moods fluctuate wildly depending on who she's around, and the what's going on. She doesn't like to be alone, it leaves her feeling restless and irritated, and she will almost always chose the company of another person over being by herself, despite her personal feelings towards said person. It can be a crutch, but it can also be a valuable tool. If she's not exactly in a wonderful mood, the mere proximity to other people having a good time can brighten her up considerably.

ABILITIES
Smooth talking -
It's not essential to running a business, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt. She's become an pro at putting a positive spin on outlandish propositions and questionable dealings. If a situation seems shady, she'll paint it sunny with a little quick thinking and careful wording. It helps keep her and her girls out of trouble, men in her business, and the law on her side.
Business management -
Logistics, numbers, and general good business practice may seem easy, but it's really not. It takes a good mind to keep a venture bustling and profitable, and Cyphir has that. She pays close attention to what goes on, not in her own business, but in rival brothels as well, and she appeals changes where desired, improvements where needed, and cuts out useless expenditures.
Flirting -
While not technically an ability in everyday use, for a brothel owner the art of flirting is just good for business. It never hurts to talk up and schmooze with the guests, and a little charm goes a long way in way variety of situations.
HOBBIES
Cards - From solitaire to poker, Cyphir can't resist a game of cards. It can be for sport, for money, or just to pass the time. She finds all variety of card games relaxing, and just plain fun, and the level of skill required for some is a very rewarding challenge. Some of her fondest memories as a child are her and her brother sitting beside the fire playing kings in the corner.
Gambling -
Who doesn't like winning money? Oh sure, there's always the risk you'll loose it all, but what's life with out a little risk and thrill? Cyphir loves the rush of winning a large pot in poker, or simply earning a bit of free labor and bragging rights from one of her more cocky guests.
Music -
All instruments, all kinds of tempos. If it's got a beat and a melody, Cyphir loves it. She's inept at playing anything herself, never gained for the knack for it, but she does enjoy singing when she thinks she's alone. She's always got some manner of music playing within the Frostwood Manor, be it a lonely singer, or a piano and accompanying musicians.
