My leg equatation is absolutely horrific. I've put up with it long enough. While trotting or cantering my feet always slip forward. I have tried pushing them back but then I'm leaning too far forward in the saddle! I also flop around like a dead turkey, so i was wondering, does anyone have any advise for me to get better?

Do you stand up a little? It helps push your feet down while staying upright.

Id practice a walk bareback and go on from there. Also in the saddle you can put your arms out to the sides, on top of your head, behind the saddle.
Or maybe your saddle doesn't quit fit and is tilting you forward or what ever?
Your horses back could also be hollowed out, causing you to be bouncy.
So many different factors sweatdrop
