I just realized that despite my non-athleticism now, I did a lot of sports when I was a little kid.
I did gymnastics, karate, golf, archery, and swimming in elementary school, all before tennis.
I was pretty good at them too - I really should have stuck with at least one of them mad

Your elementary school had an archery team?
I did karate when I was younger too. I'm not entirely sure why I stopped tough.

Man that stuff is awesome. D:
Gymnastics is great until you start getting into things that will land you in the hospital if you mess up. I quit when I got started in the 0 hands-free tumbling tier, I was positively certain one day I'd mess up and wake up paralyzed from the neck down.

@ Toon, Yeah, but it was still worth it for the time being. I went from being the slowest kid to the fastest girl at running within that one month of gymnastics :'D
@ 3mo, We didn't have an archery team, but my mom signed me up for a lot of out-of-school classes.
I wish I'd stuck with karate. I think it'd be pretty sweet to be able to throw a proper punch. Right now I'd probably hurt myself more than I'd hurt the person I punched.
