Deep in the woods of Germany, two ancient families have put aside their age long differences in order to preserve their way of life. The Rosencrantz, a family of the undead have endured many less-than-amiable encounters with the Steppenwolf family, whose members run the gamut of supernatural creatures, in the forest home they share. While both families posses their unfounded enmities, they have come to realize that a greater threat looms over them. Woodsman have been setting up their camps within the woods and already their traps and destruction of the forest have restricted the safe areas of the forest. The two families sadly cannot retaliate against the humans due to a curse which prevents members from both families from harming the encroaching mortals.

One night, the heads of the two families met and concocted a plan to get around the curse. It was decided at this meeting that three brothers from the Steppenwolf family would marry three sisters from the Rosencrantz family and thus create the Grimm family. This third family would not likely be subjected to the same curse as the other two, but even so, other difficulties arose. The children of the two families were not happy to be paired off and their hostility to the arranged marriage was so intense the plan was put off for several months. In that time the humans came closer and closer to the heart of the wood.

The children, bitter as they were, came to see Grimm’s necessity and agreed to be married off, but only on the condition that be allowed to find their match amongst the opposing number. The heads of the two families agreed and the six younglings were sent away to a castle deep in the wood. Staffed by the gremlins who supposedly built it, the Steppenwolf brothers and Rosencrantz sisters must find those to whom their hearts call.

Natalia Rosencrantz // 19 // Vampire

Summary: Natalia being the eldest keeps to herself a lot and prefers to do things on her own. Even though the sun burns her skin and causes her to become weak she loves to watch it rise and set. Natalia spends most of her time looking at the stars and hates sleeping. Natalia can have a bit of a temper but it only shows when she's hungry so she does all she can to contain her hunger. Though Natalia does have a tendancy to be sarcastic and quiet.

Natalia is the eldest sister in the Rosencrantz family and the only Vampire. She enjoys being in the family and takes her role as the eldest to heart and does all she can to protect her family, but when the humans become a threat to her home Natalia is willing to do even more to protect her family... except marry someone from the Steppenwolf family. The more her family tried to get her to go along with the idea and create the Grimm family Natalia only became more hostile toward the idea. Saying that she would find another way to fix the curse Natalia stuck with the idea until she realized it was useless. Finally giving in, Natalia agreed to marry someone from the Steppenwolf family but she doesn't plan on enjoying it.

Erissa Rosencrantz // 17 // Shade

Summary: Being the middle child, Erissa feels left out. She rebels against her parents most of the time. Very sarcastic, Erissa is. She is tempermental and isn't afraid to speak her mind. Erissa enjoys possessing her siblings, or even her parents in order to get someone else in trouble, then gets caught. Which works for her, because she gets attention out of it. She enjoys watching the stars at night, so she climbs on the roof. Erissa reads whenever she is in trouble. All in all, she isn't that bad of a daughter, she just wants attention.

Erissa is the one in the middle, so she appreciates all the attention she can get. She has always tried to impress her family. She enjoys living in the woods a lot. Ever since she was little, she climbed out of her window and climbed trees to watch the stars. When she heard about having to marry one of the Steppenwolf Sons, it took a while for her to agree, but she finally decided to since it was for the family, on one condition...She was able to visit the forest at night.

Summary: Being the youngest is by far the best place to be, no one looks up to her, and she gets all the attention she needs. Not only do her parents let her do whatever she wants, they also buy her whatever she wants. Many may think being the youngest she's a brat, but she doesn't really need much... Well thant's also because most living things she touches dies. Which really kills her. She loves the forest, but never can she walk around in it, for the grass wilts around her, and the trees age with ease. When Lilli tries to grab an apple, it quickly ages in her hand, going rotton.

Lilli may be the youngest, but she is very crafty. She doesn't like the idea of marrying someone she's never really met. Lilli is against the idea of creating the 'Grimm Family'. In her mind it will go all wrong, and the children will not just have a curse, but it will be doubled. How dare her family think that they can just send them off to a far away castle, do they know that she might be able to kill them? She is after all a reaper, killing everything that's living, and she hates it. Against the idea, but she has to give in. It's for her family....

Jeremy Steppenwolf // 17 // Demon

Summary: Jeremy, when not with his brothers, enjoys time by himself in the forest during the day, perched high in a tree and thinking up new pranks to pull. At night, he often reads fantasy novels in his room, dreaming of a different world. Although curious and charming, the middle Steppenwolf thrives best when alone, where he can be himself and not worry about others judging him. Jeremy isn't sure how he feels about the arranged marriage yet, thinking the time with the other family will give him time to pull more pranks.

As the middle brother, Jeremy often gangs up on his eldest brother with the youngest for pranks. Although he gets along with both of his brothers, Jeremy feels closer to his elder brother. They often agree on things, easily convincing their parents when necessary with their charm. He is reserved and mysterious, speaking in a soft murmur when relaxed. People often misjudge Jeremy as being calm and well-mannered, but despite his long fuse, the demon has quite a bad and malicious temper.

Tyson Steppenwolf // 19 // Werewolf

Summary: He was born first, transforming into a wolf every full moon since he was fourteen. He tries to avoid everybody during his "time of the month". He gets rather moody. Tyson locks himself away from anyone he doesn't want to hurt when he turns. He is iffy about the whole marriage thing, but if it'll help their situation, he's up for it. He is almost trained enough to transform whenever he'd like, but it only works well when he is mad.

Personality: Being the eldest, he is very responsible, a natural leader if you will. He'll take iniative, even if it is awkward to be the first one to do something. He likes to tends to be found outside. He does have dog-like features, but tries to be descreet with them. Tyson is relatively flirty so it'll be interesting living with three girls.
