Coeur ran happily through the open plains of the rogue lands, kicking up the dry dirt as she ran. Her dark purple mane swept back as she ran and her tail was held straight out, with a slight girl near it's end. As she grew tired she slowed until eventually she was completely walking, a smile still gracing her maw, her dark pink eyes alight as the sun shined brightly above. It was just the beginning of the hottest months in Africa and for this new rogue it was certainly a change. She found herself having a bit of a hard time adjusting to this new life as now she had to depend solely on herself for food, water, and whatever else she might need. Which was a contrast to life back in the Ardhi as there was a whole pride of creatures who she could rely on if she came back empty handed.
The blue lioness came to a halt as she surveyed the surrounding area. It would be wonderful if she had another set of eyes. Or even more then that. Coeur was certainly not opposed to company as she made her way through these lands, in hopes that they would lead her to who she was meant to be. Coeur half smiled as she looked down at her paws. "I hope I'm not wrong." She said silently to herself with a slight tone of sadness. The truth was she missed her home. However, if she went back now leaving would have been pointless and she still won't have accomplished anything. For now she would just have to grin and bear it.
"I wish I knew where to even start." She sighed a bit with a small laugh bellowing out.

Aiolos, father of Aether was certainly not a fatherly figure. As soon as the clutch was left from his ex at his den step, he was dumbfounded. Immediately, he grabbed ahold of the nest and brought it back to him 'den family'. Well, he got an earfull from Mother Hare and his not so close brotherly den mate. The action was not so good, but the fact their were kids was. Their wilddog and her mate didn't mind. They were a family, an odd one. But family non the less. Each one taking care of the two eggs like if they were their own. Especially mother hare.
Time passed, and when the clutch hatched- a joyous day. Not so joyous with the weeks to come when literately everything spooked the male bird. So Amelie, the mother soully took him under her wings and showed him how to communicate where he was born so spooked that language escaped him. Going through a sort of therapy, he was able to slowly get the feeling of 'gliding'. When a vision struck him, where most thought he was having seizures. It was very dangerous to fly. VERY dangerous... So he glided from time to time, but he looked more like a giant puffy ball, permanently in the stage BEFORE molting. Even shaking. This time he had found his way up in the tree for the first time ever the night before. It wasn't such a tall tree but a tree non the less..
Why he was up there? A nightmared vision of a pride's destruction. So he went back to sleep on the edge of the branch, normally he wouldn't be in trees... but sleep walking could do things to yea! The bird was silently sleeping... until even the slightly movement triggered a vision.. It was a vision of a hyena attack! Just above the shadows! Then the crashing of the wilddogs in their den.. breaking all their trinkets.. ! It was a horrible sight that nearly shook him out of his feathers and made him litertaely fall backwards out of the tree.. Flailing his arms and squacking and screaming out the top of his lung! Times like these he would he fallen on the floor- but this time... he fell on something semi hard, furry and yet soft all at once... which made him even worse start to go crazy in a little ball- still half dreaming..
