Bio: Kyou didn't like the fact that people were using pokemon for everyday life. She's always wanted to use them for power and dominance. She was the older of twins and was already in a dominant position. Kyou would always boss her sister, Myou, around to do her bidding. In high school, she was the President of Giovanni's fan club whenn he was Gym Leader in Viridian. Her lackies did everything in the name of Giovanni. Kyou loved her pokemon more than anyhing, especially the power behind their eyes. She knew one day her pokemon would help her be at Giovanni's side one day.
Kyou now pursues to be at Gino's side ever since him and his sister have taken over. More than anything she'd like to be Giovanni's daughter-in-law, but her current status prevents her from even speaking to him. His God-complex is a major turn-on for her even though she's too young for him.
Now she's a Grunt in the Team Rocket Organization. Kyou isn't really proud of this position but she will do anything for Giovanni and anything to be at the top of Team Rockets' hierarchy. "All in the name of Giovanni, the Legendaries will stay down!" is her favorite thing to say.
