He then takes his place at the starting point. He had a stop watch that was voice activated and would start and stop when he told it to. He decided to run 400 meters for warm up. He go in the position and said,
GO. He took of like a wolf on the hunt. He ran the 400 meters in 8.64 seconds. He thought it was pretty good timing for a warm up and since he didn't have the weights on. He prepared to run 1600 meters. He went back tp the starting point. He reset his watch and got in the position. He said,
GO. This time he ran his hardest. He look at the watch and saw that he finished the 1600 meter in 32.8 seconds. He thought that he didn't do so well seeing that his record for the 1600 meter is 30.16 seconds.
I must be out of shape. He said to himself. He put his hands behind his head and bent over to catch his breath so that he could run again.
