The Library is incredibly big, a large room that goes up to at least three floors, with bridges connecting the opposite sides of each floor, with shelves upon shelves of books and has desks with lit torches for study.
The Library follows a rule which restricts some students to only be able to look at a limited number of books in the Library. The books are divided into four categories: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4. Meisters up to Two Stars in rank can have access to Level 1 books, but cannot have access to Level 2 books, which can be read by Three Star Meisters. Level 3 books can only be accessed by staff and the highest rank, Level 4, can only be availabe to Senior Meisters or Death Scythes. However, as seen with Death the Kid, who is a Grim Reaper, exceptions can be made.

Vibeke Eve Naska Storm Whip About half-way to her first class Vibeke changed her mind and wandered into the library. She had brought her own book of course, but she liked the quiet.
Not often did other students come to the library of their own accord, there were a few that meandered around looking at book covers and some actually reading which gave the gigantic library a comfortable atmosphere that Vibeke enjoyed, she liked the quiet but being alone made her anxious, thus the subtle company in the library was perfect.
She flipped open her book, she was about half way done already, and began to read. The story was about an overconfident hero that ended up being saved by none other than the woman he took for granted. It wasn't one of her favorite stories but reading was reading, and an entertaining pass time.

Vibeke Eve Naska Storm Whip Vibeke turned the last page of her book and sighed. That was the end of that story, and of course she had finished it too quickly. She stood up with her book, brushed off her pants and hastily exited the library...she might as well go home and get another book. It was going to be a long day.

҉ Dominik E. Alabaster ҉ Soul Guard Level: Maximum Concentration || Soul Corrosion Status: Spiking Moment of Intensity╔═══════════════════════════════════════════╗ "Stopping this corrosion of my soul seems to be impossible..."╚═══════════════════════════════════════════╝ The doors to the library creaked open, in walking Dominik and his aura of silence. Not even so much as giving an acknowledging nod to the librarian at the desk, the meister aimed his eyes towards an empty table clear from anyone else that would enter the library and shifted a chair with his feet. Placing his satchel on the table with a muffled thud, the young man sat into the chair maintaining his posture as he sat and shifted the chair closer in towards the table. His hands quickly slipped passed the satchel's opening to pull out a sheet of paper along with a pen and Dominik showed no hesitation to get right to work with a classroom application. Thinking over his possibilities, there seemed to be no difference to what to choose as the curriculum, nor the teacher mattered in his decision making. What was important and foremost prominent to Dominik's interests was to find a way to better control his soul, slow and prevent the corrosion that ate away at his spirit, and find a way to contain it all. These three things would be the deciding factor in having this miserable excuse for an existence to find a way to stop hiding in the shadows along with the demonic presence that stalked his soul.
Without realizing it, Domink's hand stopped as the thoughts ran rampant his mind. A crushing grip was given on the pen, shown through the slight cracks that started to form where his fingers wrapped around the plastic tubing. His heart felt like it was speeding up to match the speed of the thoughts that raced through his mind as a trickle of sweat rolled down the side of the troubled meister's forehead. Before Domink could even gather and collect his thoughts, the words on the paper became blurred and seemed like foreign symbols of some language not of this earth. Eyes widened with a sense of fear and dread, Domink dropped his pen to quickly grasp onto his chest to try and get his breathing under control before any unwanted attention and averting eyes would begin to wander towards his direction. 'Now, of all times!?' Dominik questioned in his mind. A small spike in the corrosion naturally caused this and would appear randomly as it could happen anywhere, and at any time. The meister's tainted soul felt as if it were knotting and being twisted for a moment, but trying to remain calm and retain composure and concentration was the only way it would subside. The heavy breathing soon slowed to normal and deep breaths, sight returning to the eyes that lied behind a pair of spectacles. Once again he could see the words that retained on the piece of paper that sat before him, edged equivalent to the table as if it were some OCD tendency. Giving a slight chuckle to his own strange way to place a sheet of paper on a table, Dominik swiped a bit of sweat that remained on his brown from the slight incident.
Finishing up the paper, the young man noticed a book whose corner was peeking out from his satchel. He remembered it well as he studied it over 3 times the day before. The book contained information about witches and how they can mask their presence by using a form of soul protection. Dominik's thoughts were if one can contain the presence of an aura, then one could also contain and keep the effects of a soul at bay. Giving the book a blank stare as the thoughts began to form inside the mind of this meister in need of a cure to his own soul. To think it preposterous that a person would intend to save and preserve himself from his own soul. Could it even be possible? Would the efforts prove fruitful, or would they end abruptly in vain? To Dominik there was a possibility, there NEEDED to be a possibility. He couldn't give up, not anytime soon. After all he had suffered and trudge on through in his life there needed to be a small chance to hope for. Shaking his head, the meister plucked a folder from out the satchel and placed the registration paper in it before sliding the folder back where it came from. Silently sliding out his chair, Dominik hung the satchel back over his shoulder as he got up, pushed in his chair neatly back to the table, and proceeded to search for a book upon the shelves that could continue his research. Finally stopping at a bookcase, he scanned the shelves for anything retaining to importance, anything that seemed like it could give a lead. Dominik stood in thought as his mind continued to stream questions and answers pertaining to his predicament. ╔════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ "...But what is possible is keeping my proper composure before my soul rots." ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

҉ Dominik E. Alabaster ҉ Soul Guard Level: Maximum Concentration || Soul Corrosion Status: Under Control╔═══════════════════════════════════════════╗ "Stopping this corrosion of my soul seems to be impossible..."╚═══════════════════════════════════════════╝ Prominent titles of interest were not distinct enough to catch the gaze of Dominik as he looked upon the shelves. Nothing seemed worth his time and so his search would have to continue another time. There were many other things he could be doing with his time, even though studying took the highest priority in his life. Only so much of his precious time could be spent before the ticking time bomb that was the corrosion slowly counted down in his soul. Time was not Dominik's friend, not that he had any to begin with. Getting his mind on track for what else he had to do for the day, the young meister checked his belongings in his satchel and swung it back over his shoulder quickly so he could leave this room of countless books and pages. Parting with the silence of the library seemed somewhat difficult to Dominik. He enjoyed the feeling of being completely submerged in the silence. The quiet room specifically made to prevent any interruptions of thoughts and learning was highly favored by this tainted young man. Thoughts were this meister's only partner in this lonely word of his, and this bastion he can call home any day. Passing by the front desk once again, the librarian would give a slight bow and possibly wonder what exactly he had come in for without checking out anything, but the silence explained it all. There was nothing of interest that Dominik had found this time around and though he was certain there was nothing that could help him, he was just as certain that he would be back again once more in the near future. This need to cling towards hope to mend his soul would make sure of that. The large doors creaked open once again, this time to allow Dominik to make his exit from his most loved place in the entire world. ╔════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ "...But what is possible is keeping my proper composure before my soul rots." ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ [[Exit]]

She had several books, most of their titles having something to do with 'witches', and some about 'souls'. She stopped at the counter and placed them all in a pile to be returned to the sections that only death scythes can check out from, and then she made her way to an unoccupied corner of the library. She sat down in a soft chair, the same one she always sat in when she was in the library, which was most of the time. She liked the quiet, and none of the other students would be rude to her in here. She pulled a thick book out of her bag and began flipping through the pages. After about thirty minutes had gone by, she placed the book back into her bag and exited the library, bowing at the librarian as she passed.
