People Skills: Depending on the day she either loves people or hates them. Often winds up screwing up negotiations by killing everyone. In a club like setting, she can handle a crowd well. When needed, she can effectively direct an army of two million troupes. An extrovert.
Goals: Being Queen of all the under ground operations, Mafia's, drug business etc. Your typical Gang Queen that inst so typical.
Fears: Spiders, ugly people, loosing her brother.

Personality: Yuko has quite the temper, and usually manages to keep it under control. He is loving, caring, and protective. Usually cool and collected, however once blood is spilled, he looses all control and goes completely insane, berserk even.
People Skills: Introvert, quiet, handles people well. Aggressive when needed, and easily calms down the trouble his sister makes. A leader, but prefers to take orders from one and one alone, his sister.Usually likes people, but certain types really get on his nerves. He loves to flirt with the ladies, and likes the ones that seem to get annoyed with his 'charming tactics'
Goals: Have a woman in his life who will stand by him, even through his insanity, as he becomes the number one killer of the world.
Fears: Nothing. His only fear is loosing his sister.
Favorites: Indy music, sweets, fantasy books, dancing and art. Not like three slashes on a canvas art, but grafiti, nonsense, painting, portraits art.

❧Skills,Abilities, and Powers
Skills: Killing obviously. They have many ways of doing so, and prefer to use blades. Both are skilled sword fighters, can use any weapon thrown at them, mechanically inclined, Kori can hack into anything, Yuko can break into anywhere, skilled at fencing, and are quick learners who are eager for more information.
Abilities: Kori is a dancer who can draw in eyes and almost hypnotize, Yuko is a gifted athlete, both can sing, Yuko is a skilled painter, Kori was gifted with music, and Yuko is one of the best shots in the world.
Powers: Kori both generates and manipulates energy and power of any form. She can mimic ones ability (for about six posts) and acts as a never ending battary for her brother. Yuko can change into any animal that he pleases. Half human, half animal, all animal, all human. He needs a large amount of energy in order to change regularly, and that's where his sister comes in. Together, they are the perfect team.
Weaknesses: Changing drains Yuko's energy, so he cant do it often or else he will pass out. His limits are physical. Kori however, is rather hot headed. Yuko often has to hold her back or catch her with stupid moves. Her hot head and almost no control of her temper often lead to fights that she looses badly.
Technology/Weapons/Pharpenilia:
Daggers that are attached to their hips. When in battle they have Katana's (Yuko has a black one, Kori a white one) and they wear black suits that are not only flexible, but bullet and missile proof. The twins leave their heads unprotected. (*Note. Unless my post says they have their armor, they usually do not wear it!)
History

Abandoned at birth, the twins clung to each other as they grew up. At an early age, it was clear that they were twisted. They would kill cats, torture the other orphans, and even murdered their care taker. They spent three years in a mental institute before they were released for 'showing greatly improved behavior.' They were soon swept up into a mob and became leaders, and were often sent to tie up loose ends. They took great pleasure in their work, and eventually killed to the top ranks. They earned vast amounts of money, gained on hellish reputation, and set and set up an empire. Everything was a war lords dream come true, the perfect Godfather rule, before their commanders tried to revolt against them. Yes, they killed everyone who came against them, and then left their rule because.. well.. they were bored. They went to explore their powers, and to find other paranormals like themselves.
