Invictus liked spending time on his own, or so he told himself. He was laying down on his side against the grassy hill, watching the sun set slowly into the distant. He loved watching the changing colors of the sky, the orange and yellows fading slowly into the deep indigo of the night sky. This was one of his favorites spots, where he could just sit and think and not feel self-conscious of passerbyers.
It was quite lovely, he thought, as he rolled his head up a little more to take a peak of the waning moon. If not a little bit lonely, though.

 Harumi feeling the heat off of the sun fade away. This lets her know that it is getting dark as she tries to not run into anything but seeing she has been here when she had her eye sight it should not be a problem. Trotting about until she feels a breeze but not all of it hit her which means something is in her way.
Recalling that no rocks or trees should be there as she stops in her tracks. "Sorry" She calls not to who or what it might be. Listening as she knows it isn't a wolf or bear nor danger so maybe another Sopuili.

Invictus let out a rather undignified squawk as he felt someone trample on him, their legs hitting him in the neck and causing him to twitch and jump up, startled. He scrambled to his feet, working to make his limbs cooperate properly as he finally stood, already apologizing for being in the way before he finished. "Oh no, it's fine. I mean, it was probably my fault for just laying in the middle of nowhere. Especially because it's getting dark, I'm sure I'm pretty ea-easy to miss."
He stuttered halfway through speaking, finally getting a good glimpse of the whoever had bumped into him, quickly noting the stained bandages that covered her eyes. Well, he thought, dumbstruck, I guess that explain how they didn't see me. Urm. Uh. Okay. Right.
He tried smiled to cover his increasing nervousness and gave an awkward sounding chuckle, "I guess that teaches me not to sit in the dark. Heh."

"Oh no you may sit where you please. I am still getting use to being blind so I bump into others and things more then I wish too." She smiles as she bows to him as her ears move listening more to her surroundings then she would normally but she relies on her hearing to cover for her eye sight being gone.
"I am Harumi and I am truly sorry about stepping and bumping into you. It would likely hurt. After all I am not light by any means."

Invictus stuttered in place for a bit, shuffling his feet as he heard her apologize. He rapidly shook his head back and forth as the mare finished. "Oh no, it's fine, it's my fault for being in your way. Didn't hurt at all," he said softly.
He ducked his head though, his ears pinned back. He was such an idiot, he thought. Couldn't even get out of the way of someone who couldn't see. He shuffled his feet again, nervously, his hooves digging into the soft green grass.
He really didn't know what to do now. Did he just stay here? Should he offer to help her find someplace? Not that he'd be much help, but should he anyway, to be polite? But, just because she was blind, didn't make her incompetent. What if she got offended?
One of his front hooves dug into the ground, kicking up a small patch of grass to show the rich brown of the earth. Fidget, fidget, fidget, he thought to himself, begging himself to stop making an idiot out of himself. Stopitstopitstopit.

Smiling Harumi giggles. "Your voice is nice. I am taking it you aren't sure what to do with a blind mare. I get that a lot. No need to worry. Just be you and everything will work out. I am sure of it." She is the type who loves to please those around her even if it is harder to do now that she is blind.
"I told you my name if I recall correctly But may I have yours?" She wonders as she stands there very still. Her ears moving to every sound that is being made by other things and animals in the area.

Imperio mentally yelled at himself. 'Idiot, idiot, idiot,' he thought. 'Can't even treat someone properly. No wonder you don't have any friends.'
"Sorry," he said, aloud, ducking his head even lower to the ground and letting a small, sad whinny escape from the back of his throat. "I don't want to offend you or anything. It's just, well, new, to me." 'So is being around someone else in general,' he added in his head with a wince.
"But, I'm Invictus. It's nice to meet you. Urm."

"Harumi is my name. It is nice to meet you Invictus. Sorry about stepping on you. I am still getting the hang of this blind fold and not being able to see. And you didn't offend me at all. I came across a lot of Soquili who aren't use to being around a blind mare." She points out as she smiles. It was nice to hear a voice of someone who doesn't sound so mean and heartless.
