Forest Field: Thick trees, some small while others greatly exceed double your own height, sprout at random places throughout the field. Giant roots provide easy excuses for pokemon to trip if they do not watch where they are going. Spacing between the trunks vary, making passage difficult for those on the ground and in the air. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to BUG and GRASS type attacks.This field also reduces damage from FLYING type attacks by 25 HP.

Zak walked into the stadium, forest stage again it seemed. The last time he battled Cara they battled on the forest stage as well. That was one of the few battles that Zue had actually won.
The bat hat, sat on his shoulder having been banned from his head for the time being. Ever since evolving into a golbat, Zue had gotten to big for his head, there would be times that he'd let the bat sit on his head for old times sake, but now the bat's spot was on his shoulder. Zue never liked his pokeball and Zak found that out the hard way when he was a Zubat so he didn't force his companion to stay in one.
Taking his spot on one side of the arena he waited for Cara to arrive. He was a bit early upon arriving, excited to try out his newly caught pokemon Flora.

Cara strolled into the stadium, anxious to battle Zak again and win, this time using her two dragon pokemon. This would be Titan's first battle and Spirit's third, they were inexperienced but nothing changes that like practice. This would also be Cara's first double battle. She was a little nervous but she knew that she could always count on her pokemon to do their best, and she needed to do her best for them. When she walked in and saw the stadium, Cara couldn't help but laugh wryly. It was the Forest stadium once more, at least she wasn't battling with Calypso this time.
She spotted Zak in his trainer's box and she waved as she got into hers. "Hey Zak! Ready to get beaten?" She called over, teasing a bit.

Cara thought about it for a minute and decided to use Titan first. She pulled out his pokeball and opened it up. "Ok Titan, you're up buddy!" The usual red light shot out and formed into a cute little Deino with interesting ivy-ish patterns all over his body. Titan stomped his feet, ready for his first battle. Cara laughed softly at his eagerness.
"Ok Titan, lets start things off with Thunder Fang!" Cara called out. Titan stomped his feet in approval and a glow started to emanate from his mouth. He soon began a charge towards his opponent, jumping over forest debris as he went.

"That is what I should ask you," He replied back to her "Zue and I have gotten stronger since the last time we've met." The bat on his shoulder flapped its wings in response to his name. Turning his head towards the bat. "You think you're ready to take him? Just be careful of its electric attacks"
Zue then took off from its partner's shoulder entering the stage. "Dodge it Zue and counter with a confuse ray!" Zak called out.
Zue zigged in and out of the trees and then appeared before his opponent. sending out a ray of confusion. With out even needing the command the bat knew what to do, Confuse Ray was like their signature move and it had a tendency of working wonders when it worked.

"Quick Titan, Do----" She was to late, the attack hit its mark and Titan was hit. Titan began stumbling about in confusion and started banging into things in his stupor. Cara winced and smacked her face with her hand. Not confusion...not again! That was what had done her in during her first match with Zak, when Zue and Calypso faced off. "Snap out of it Titan! Use Thunder Fang again!"
Titan seemed to understand as his mouth began to glow a bright yellow and went in the general direction of Zue.

"It seems we have you once again with Confusion Cara" Zak called out to his opponent. as he watched the denio bite itself. "Zue Now poison it with your Poison Fang Attack!"
Zue gave a soft screech in reply and then dove down at its opponent, mouth agape, poison dripping from its fangs.

Titan was almost to his target when the confusion took hold of him and he ran into a tree and ended up injuring himself with the attack meant for Zue.
Cara shook her head and looked over at Zak as he spoke and nodded. "I noticed." She said, quite annoyed. "Come on Titan, you can do it!" The Deino got up and shook the debris off of himself and began running towards Cara in a haphazard way, and in doing so, managed to avoid Zue's poisonous attack. "Titan! Turn around and try Thunder Fang again!" Cara called out. Titan seemed to have understood because he turned around and once again his mouth began to glow and he charged in the direction of his opponent.

Zak winced as the bat's attack didn't work and he was caught with in the fangs of the Denio. "Zue lets hit it with Leach Life" At least if this one hit Zue would heal a bit of damage, and if he remember correctly bug attacks were effective against dark pokemon.
After recovering the bat turned back to face is opponent, this time diving down in attempt to suck the energy from him to make it his own.

Cara was glad their attack finally hit. "Great hit Titan!" The deino trotted happily around a bit, both from happiness and from confusion. Cara sighed, he was definitely going to need a lot more work than just this battle. Cara then saw the Leech Life attack coming. "TITAN LOOK OUT!" Titan didn't hear her in time and was hit hard with the attack. He was sent flying back, his energy being sucked away. He struggled to get back up. Cara clenched her teeth. This was bad. "Ok Titan let's use Head Smash!!" Cara knew that rock type moves were good against flying types, so she decided to put Titan's thick skull to use.
Titan reared up and charged for Zue, gaining speed as he went. He put his head down and rushed for his opponent, hopefully he would hit and not smash into an inanimate object, ending up hurting himself again.

Zak watched as the denio hurt itself once again. "Zue we almost got him, lets hit him one more time with another Leech Life!" he ordered his pokemon.
Zue was more energized after draining the other with leech life and gaining the energy back. The bat once more swooped around and then dove back down to his opponent attempting once more at hitting the denio with a leech life.
