Name: Ko'ma
Gender: Female
Race: Earthling; Shifter
Stage: Prentice
Key Traits: Cautious, Child-like, Wise
Appearance: Ko'ma doesn't often go out into the public eye, but when she does she often has a look to her that says she's day dreaming. But despite having her head mostly in the clouds she takes care of herself. She's always clean, her hair tidy, and only a few traces of dirt can be found around her hands and under her fingernails.
Personality and Background: Due to the fact that she's rarely around others she hasn't had the opportunity to interact with those not of her adopted family. As a result when talking to strangers, both adult and children, she comes off as child-like, unsure, cautious and somewhat naive. But then she'll say or do something that shows that beneath the dreamy expression is a trove of wisdom just waiting to be tapped into. It is during those times that people are reminded of her...disability. Her trances that rob her of awareness and movement. Trances so deep that no matter how hard someone tries to 'wake' her they ultimately fail until she comes out of them on her own.
Interests: The Moon, exploring the areas around 'home', healing. She enjoys various shades of blue and sweet foods.
Other: (From the Auction) There's something... unique about this particular Shifter.
Her mother never took a mate, yet she claimed that the Moon himself would visit her at night, glimmering, silver, and bright as the sun. Many scoffed at the delirious woman. That is, of course, until she died giving birth to a beautiful baby girl. The child was incredibly quiet. Scarily, even. For a long while, the Shifters who took her into their care feared that she would never speak. Although she eventually developed the ability, she does not often utilize the power of words. In fact, more often than not, she is alone.
Ever since infancy, the Shifter has gone into sporadic, uncontrollable, trance-like states. She will just sit or stand, staring at a single spot in the distance, unblinkingly, for several minutes at a time. She is neither able to bring about the trances, nor is she able to stop them. However, each one gives her a brief, hazy vision of some past or future event.
Although it is still too big for her to wear, the youngling also possesses a beautiful, blue ring that was worn by her mother to signify her relationship with the Moon.
