Well, it may seem kind of early but we want to go ahead and start taking suggestions for the Halloween event so we have lots of time to plan and prepare. The summer event is already planned out and will be happening in a few months but since we like to prepare ahead of time, we thought we'd set up this thread now. Halloween tends to be the favorite season of a lot of people and we decided we'd like to give everyone in the guild a chance to share event ideas and help choose what we eventually do! This guild houses a hugely creative bunch of people so you'll all probably come up with lots of cool stuff that might not occur to the crew. We definitely want to make use of all your creativity! And, really, collaboration is just fun. ^^

You can suggest a theme or mini-plot here in this thread. Once we have a nice selection of themes, we'll have a guild vote in the voting forum, to choose which event we all are most interested in doing for the holiday!

Some things to remember:

1. Events can be silly or serious but should NOT revolve around one or two specific characters. Try to give a general theme with some minor plot details but nothing too specific or intricate.

2. Remember that events tend to last for around a week so it needs to be something that can be RPed within that kind of time frame.

3. While Halloween is definitely a time for spooky and creepy things, remember that some people in the guild aren't overly fond of hardcore horror. Avoid anything that is too scary. Even for events, Rosentale is still a lighthearted, casual place.

4. If you post any pictures to go along with your idea, make sure they are all Gaia/Rosentale appropriate. No gore. ^^

Event Title: And Then There Were None

Theme: Staged "Murder Mystery" in Rosentale for everyone to put their heads together and solve. Or just blame everyone else. Either way.

Possible Plot Details: The school is put into a lockdown after a sudden blackout occurs, along with the sound of a church bell ringing. Luckily, the lighting is fixed soon after and the issue is dealt with. That is, until a teacher/student is discovered to have gone missing. Every ten minutes, the lights go out and the bell tolls, another student/teacher gone when the lights come back on, leaving the remaining characters to figure out who among them is the murderer before it's too late.

D=< Done a million times, but is still a fun premise.

Event Title: Halloween Fund Raiser!

Theme: The students and staff are in charge of turning the entire school into a haunted house! Tickets will be on sale and it'll be a big attraction and hopefully the school can replenish its funds through this. But while setting up the big attraction, creepy things start happening that aren't part of the haunted house plans.

Possible Plot Details: We could have haunted house set up on weekdays and the finale will be on the weekend where they open up the haunted house to the public. Possible we might be dealing with NPCs or the return of some family members from a previous event.
