Panting heavily, the celestial pelted lioness slowly crept forward. She had been chased away from the river where she was supposed to meet back up with Koehro and now had absolutely no idea where she was, yes again. Stopping suddenly, cyan colored eyes looked up at the sky and she took a moment to curse all the deities that could have possibly caused the misfortune she was dealing with now. What was more, she wished death upon the trickster lion that had created such an awful turn of events to plague her.
With two more deep breathes, the lioness lowered her head. Sudden nausea. The only thing she recognized linked with her personality shifts and hallucinations. Would they come to plague her again? Fear suddenly pulsed through her body. Shelter; She had to find it, quickly.
Clenching her jaw tightly, Hesper pushed back the feelings wafting through her body and rush forward. Blindly hoping she might stumble upon a kinder soul than the character she had be chased by, or possibly find another healer. Something had to go right, right? She had done many horrible things in her past, but now... Now she was okay. She was repenting for those horrible things.
Memories flashed as she thought back to her old mate and his twin... Then forward a little to the small faces of her children to whom she deserted. Feeling the sting of tears now on her face she realized... Yes, she was a horrible creature and this might just be her purgatory.
Running further away from the river another wave of sickness rushed passed her, this time making her trip up. Tangling her feet together, gravity gladly caught the blue beast.
Falling face first into the ground the lioness fell limp. What use was there in fight this anymore? Something wanted her dead after all...

Eigyr had been out searching for something new since before dawn, but she'd had no luck. Though it was difficult to assess whether or not it was a failure, since she didn't know what she was looking for in the first place. She didn't suppose it was something most would understand, but she knew once she found the right herb it would call to her. She caught sight of the lioness falling in the distance and within a few moments she had sped her pace to find the spot where she lay. She wasn't sure what was wrong, but the twinge in her chest told her that something definitely wasn't right.
As she approached she began to assess the situation. Limp, shallow breathing, though she didn't appear dehydrated. "Miss?" she asked, careful to keep out of swiping range until she had figured out the other's mental state, "Do you know where you are right now? Do you need help?" She glanced over her shoulder, back toward the pride land. She could bring this stranger in to her home if she needed treatment, but it was quite a ways away and the keepers might gossip if she turned out to be some strange druid.

"A plant, alright," Eigyr said softly, hoping to reassure the lioness by letting her know she was being understood. She brushed her paw across the other's side, trying to think of what could cause symptoms like this. There were a few hallucinogens that were used to augment sedatives, but they wouldn't cause something this drastic. It had to be a poison then.
She bit her lip, trying to sort out how to deal with it. She could manage the symptoms, but without knowing the specific poison she might still make it worse. The best option would be to try and get whatever was left out of her system. "Soon? Once for soon, twice for long ago," she told her, trying to keep eye contact.

Eigyr let her breath seep out in a low slow whisper as she considered the options. A long time ago meant that it was no longer in her stomach, so inducing it back up would do no good. Detoxification however might be possible with the right combination of absorptive substances.
Settling on her haunches she dropped her pouch from around her neck and spread its contents out across the ground. No immediate panaceas jumped out at her, but after a few moments she flinched. There were a few crinkled brown roots that had sat in the bottom of her pouch for quite a while, devil's claw. But it wouldn't work alone.
"I've got an idea, stay with me okay?" she told the lioness as she turned and began to dig as fast as she can, clawing through the hard cracked earth until she got down to the cool damp clay. Working quickly she broke the roots into small pieces and surrounded them in clay, then turned back to her patient.
"Can you swallow these?" she asked cautiously as she pushed the pieces into reach, "If you can they'll help to pull out the poison, and they'll let you rest." If not, well, she'd find a way to get them down herself.
