Strength can't be measured by any means....
...but If you don't have any why are you in my squad?

Daigon smirks as he looks on at his men training their hearts out, an attack of reiatsu passing just barely missing him. He sees the man as he stares wide-eyed afraid of gaining the captain's wrath. But no, Daigon simply smiles and waves him off. He would not scold a man for putting his heart into battle. He would celebrate that his men are burning for battle and the future peace it will bring. He was a man who believed with all of his heart that a good defense is a great offense. Today he was dressed in a relaxed attire as he had no special duties planned for today and he figured he would check up on his men.
Seeing that they were just as fired up as normal he left them be, he hoped they would push themselves to the limits of what they had. The more in tune they were to each other, the stronger their bonds became and the more they would push each other forward. This was what he wanted most from his men, for them to drive themselves to the brink of insanity and to drag the others with them. His squad would see the deaths of those they cared for and the deaths of the enemy, they would be ready for that and more if they wanted to be a part of his squad. So he moved on to see what may be happening around the Seireitei.
(Edited to get him unstuck lol.)
