Whitecap Bay

Whitecap Bay is referred to as Mermaid Waters. It is a large bay on a mysterious island, and is most recognizable as one of the few places mermaids can be found, particularly in legends concerning the Fountain of Youth. Whitecap Bay is mainly known as the place where mermaids have gathered for hundreds of years, most notably for attacking passing ships and sailors. Stories made concerning this mystical place strike fear in the heart of all pirates and sailors. Even if it is a brief mention of it. The remote Lighthouse at Whitecap Bay is of an ancient design, made by the English. In front of a large whale oil beacon is a convex lens, which doubles as a harbor light, and can be used to draw mermaids inward towards land. If you know how to use it, however.

The Highwind anchored about fifty yards into the sea, and began to let off rowboats to travel in ward. Captain Barbossa stood on the largest one, and it was also the one that guided the others. When the boat reached land, Barbossa hopped off the boat into the surf, and made his way inland. "Begin to dig in the surronding bay, the map doesn't give direct coordinates, and for god sakes, don't use direct light on the suronding water, and I don't want to hear one melody coming out of anyones' mouths." Barbossa ordered. Whitecap Bay was a fearful place among pirates and sailors, mainly because of the rumors of the water being inhabited by mermaids.

Jaster had stopped his fire affinity to slow the boat down so he could use the oars again.

It was morning and he could see the crew of the highwind leave their ship thru his telescope which was a long distance still by water

He looked tired as he was up all night making sure thye'd get there on time, even if he had to slow time down and use a speed boost to get here.

"Harvey, wake up" he said gently

Harvey awoke, and turned to see faintly a large ship many yards away from them. "Is that it?" Harvey asked, squinting to try and get a closer look.

A portal opened in the lighthouse on Whitecap Bay, and out stepped Xelna from it, she sighed and took a few steps forward, but that was her mistake, her foot caught a lever, and a large mechanism sound erupted from the whale oil beacon behind her. Xelna turned around in time to see a large dump of oil slid into another beacon, and as she reached up to grab something to balance herself, she knew that this was her second worst mistake, she grabbed a chain. The chain cranked a large burst of flame shot out erupting the oil into fire, and with that, a large glowing beam shot threw the large optical lens connected to the tower, and sent down another glowing beam into the water. "Damn damn damn!" Xelna said, and she began to search frantically threw the tower, trying to find something to extinguish the flame and the beam.

Barbossa yelled when he saw the glowing beam hit the water. "Who the hell created the fire!" Barbossa yelled at his working crew, but they all starred back at him with a confused glare. That was the least of his troubles though, some of his men were still boarding rowboats to travel in land, within minutes, everything could go horribly bad.

Harvey watched the large glowing beam hit the water, illuminating everything in it's path. "What do you suppose that is?" Harvey asked Jaster, looking at the large glowing beam, it intrigued her.

Jaster nodded
"it is...." he sighed then he saw the shimmering in the water.
He immediatly felt uneasy.

A brunette mermaid came up from the water and held onto the side of the rowboat, and looked up at Jaster. "Why hello." The mermaid said with a seductive smile. "Do you sing?" The mermaid asked, still looking up at Jaster and ignoring Harvey.

Harvey looked at the stunningly beautiful creature, she began to piece two and two together, a woman came from the ocean, stunningly beautiful, Harvey than realized what the woman was. "Your a mermaid aren't you?" Harvey asked, but was ignored again, and got no response back, the mermaid continued to stare at Jaster with a seductive smile.

Jaster saw the mermaid and was very entranced by her. She looked a lot like his girlfriend, Lillith.
"yes." he answered her question, however, the last time he sung, it was with Lilith, a few months back.

"Could you sing for me?" The mermaid asked, using her water abilties to force her upright closer to Jaster, she gently wrapped her hand around Jaster's shirt, and began to bend him downwards. "I do really love singing." The mermaid said, as she was now waist deep back into the water, and Jaster was at her level.

Harvey watched as the whole thing happened, not knowing what to do, but her hand gently and silently wrapped around and oar, just in case.

Mermaids began to show up at all of the rowboats in the water, and they all began to start charming the men.

"S...sure...." he said as she was trying to pull him out of the boat. His inner nobody self was trying to break free to stop this.

"Your voice, it is very beautiful." The mermaid said with a smile, and listened to Jaster sing. She began to sing with him, as she continued to pull him into the water, and soon, the mermaid was completely underwater, and Jaster's nose gently skimmed the surface of it. It all happened quickly, the mermaid opened her mouth, and fangs sprouted, and she lunged Jaster forward into the water.

Harvey gripped onto the back of Jaster's shirt, and pulled him backwards back onto the boat, the mermaid lunged out of the water at Jaster, but Harvey was quicker, and swung the oar at the mermaid. The oar clipped the mermaids face, breaking it's nose, and it sent the creature toppling back into the water. "Well that was fun, but now lets get the hell out of here." Harvey yelled, but it was too late, hands began to smash into the bottom of the boat, and it began to take up water. Hands reached around Harvey's ankle's, pulling her downwards, Harvey yelled, as she could feel the wood from the boat cutting into her legs. "Jaster help!" Harvey yelled, as the boat began to take up more water, and was starting to sink.

Jaster came back to relization of what was happining when fangs appeared

"s**t!" he yelled and saw the ship being ripped apart. He grabbed Harvey and the blanket and his coat dissapeared in a blue flame and went into a side pouch well hidden on him

He dove underwater and the water around Harvey's foot got hot all of a sudden

His forme changed, he was now his nobody persona.

Now that the mermaids fled from the heated water, Harvey was able to pull herself up out of the sinking boat, but it was too late for the boat, as soon as Harvey was out of it, it began to sink down into the deeps of the water below them. "Jaster!?" Harvey yelled, not seeing him since he was under water.

Hisses sounded underwater with Jaxster, as five mermaids all darted at him, two if which latched onto his arms, and two latched onto his legs, the last one went after Harvey. The mermaids began to pull the two humans underwater, continuing to drag them under and deeper into the water.

Having not given the chance to hold her breath, Harvey was low on air, and was loosing it fast as the continued to be dragged underwater, a sharp pain seered threw Harvey's pants leg and into her flesh, and Harvey knew she was bit by the mermaid. Harvey moaned with pain under the water, and was even more low on breath now.

"What are ye waiting for! Get in the boats, and help your crew mates!" Barbossa ordered, and the men did so.

Slowly in the water, men began to die, and began to get dragged into the water, some were fighting back as well, but most were loosing against the mermaids.

Jaxster growled and yelled out "Aerogra" now with water filling his lungs and created a air bubble to force out any mermaids and give them some air, however, the 2 mermaids on his legs still had a tight grip, he felt their teeth dig into his leg.

He dove out of the air bubble to fight the mermaids. He knew his fire wasnt as potent down here, he spoke again with mroe water trying to suffocate him and yelled "Thundraga"

He was surrounded by lighting which where Harvey was, it looked like he took a form of a lighting dragon for a short few seconds electrifying the mermaids to get as far away from them as possible.

He started to choke from the water being in his lungs. He did his best to swim up into the air bubble before almsot passing out.

Harvey was glad she was able to breath inside the air bubble, and she watched as the mermaids began to flee from them, but she knew it was only a matter of time before they cam back, Harvey helped Jaxster up into the air bubble the best she could without accidentally popping it. "Are you okay?" Harvey asked, patting his back to try and help him to get the water out of his lungs.

Jax nodded to her, he coughed up water as he tried to talk
"Y....es." he coughed a ton

"shore....now" he said putting his hand out of the bubble and used fira to propel the two to shore, however, out of sight of any pirates.

once they got to shore, the air bubble popped. He was gasping for breath, his entire appeareance changed from when he dove into the water and now.
