  Zak had decided to take a trip out into the wilderness to the nearest water front. The male had decided that he and Zue were going to take a break from training and try fishing. It was an activity that he and father did when he was a child, however he was never good at it. Still the activity had always calmed his nerves when ever he had a test to study for. Placing the line in the water he sat upon the shore and leaned back to relax. Zue was let out of his pokeball to join him, however unlike normal the golbat didn't resign on the boy's head. Lately he had been banned from his favorite nesting spot, after all he had gotten quite big after evolving.

Zue weaved in and out of the air over the pond in which his trainer was fishing from. In a sense he felt that he needed to practice his weaving and dodging for future battles. He was still his friend's only pokemon and if he didn't get stronger then how could his trainer get stronger. Zue did several dips and dives, before circling around and beginning to head for the trees. Weaving in ad out of the tree line would be better practical practice then just imagining it. Here at least he'd have things that he could potentially get hurt by.
Zak lazily watched his friend weave in and out of the air. They had needed this break from training, though one would assume they would train harder after the fact that they had lost several of their last battles. They had only won a few of their challenges in the stadium. Still Zak felt that they should rest, battling one after another was not going to get them to become better. Though by the way Zue was moving it looked like the bat wanted to do better which did indeed bring a smile to his face. Trusting that Zue wouldn't wander off to far he closed his eyes, letting the warmth of the sun ease his mind.

The horsea swam back and forth her annoyance was quite high at the moment. Not only was this little pond to small for her, the fact that a flying type had to come along and pick her up from home just to drop her here was quite a stressful occurrence. A shadow flew over head causing the horsea to sink down further into the muck of the pond. A disgusting little thing it was, this place. As the shadow flew over head again the horsea's anger rose to maximum. Those arrogant flying creatures she would not have any of that, no more. Rising to the surface the horsea's head popped out of the water and right on mark she hit that creature right in the wing with a water gun attack. That would teach it!

Zue gave a screech as it was hit with the blast of water. It caused his flight to become unbalanced, causing the bat to hit the nearest tree. His head turned towards the water's surface where the blast of water had come from.
Zue's angry screech had startled the boy from his drifting slumber. His crimson eyes opened to see what all of the fuss about. It was at that point did he spot the Horsea with in the small pond. With out wondering how the sea water creature had gotten there Zak called out to his bat pokemon "Zue, don't lose sight of it I want to catch it!" he called out to his companion.
The bat gave a soft screech. Capture it? Just when it had randomly attacked him. How was he suppose to get along with it. Though he could not disobey his trainer, and so the battle between he and the horsea began.

Capture? No way would she allow her self to be captured. Not by someone who owns that flying beast. "Horsea!" She exclaimed determined to win the fight against the bat pokemon. She would not lose again to a flying type, nor would she let herself be carried away any farther from home. She would fight till her consciousness ran out and that she did. The battle was fierce between the two back and forth with attacks, each pokemon exhausting the other out. Now all that was left was the battle of endurance, who would go down first would it be the small Horsea or the more powerful Golbat? Only time would tell.

There, it had gone down. Throwing the pokeball he had on hand at the Horsea. The horsea went into the pokeball and rocked back and forth a bit before the soft ping went of indicating that the pokemon had been caught. "Nice job Zue," Zak called up to the exhausted flying type. "Take a nice rest." he said retrieving the Golbat back into its pokeball.
Then he let the horsea out of its pokeball so he could get a better look at her. As she was released from the pokeball the horsea was covered in muck from the small pond. It had stirred up during the battle between her and the Golbat. Taking his scarf he began to wipe her off, upon seeing the floral type markings upon her body he decided what to call her. "You shall be Flora!" he exclaimed to the horsea. Picking her up in his arms he moved to head back into town. It was time to go to the pokemon center to get his new pokemon check out and to give Zue a nice long rest. Zak was quite excited to see what was to come with a new member of his team in hand.
