The night seemed to be coming to and end soon; the moon was still clearly out, but rays of sunlight could be seen at the horizon. Mimistrobell had been running around all night trying to figure out everything she could about being part of the Dark Mirror Court. Something, of course, seemed to be missing.
Once again, Mimi found herself near a park. It seemed like that was one of the places easiest to gather energy as well as having homeless people she could borrow some energy from. Thankfully, no one was stirring still despite the increasing amount of sun. Somewhat tired, Mimi leaned herself against a wall of a store, wondering what she should do now.
Mimi felt kind of odd though. Despite her running around, she hadn't met too many people that were 'powered' like her. She kind of wanted to. Meeting others of the Dark Mirror Court would allow her to have more friends. Some of those 'Negaverse' people would give her a chance of learning maybe from them. The 'Knights' and the 'Senshi'... Mimi smiled to herself.
Of course she wanted someone to practice on. She did want to gain more strengths a Dark Mirror Senshi... Without the 'White Moon' people... Mimi knew that she would never get stronger.

Lesath figured that it was again time to go out into the world and drain some hobos of their energy. She had been slacking for the past few nights due to finals and all of that wonderful college stuff, but, now she really had no excuse, so she henshined up and walked into her bedroom mirror, coming out in the park, right in front of…
Hold up.
The blonde blinked, looking at Mimistrobell with a confused expression. Who was this girl? Did they get a new addition to their court and nobody bothered to tell her? How rude. But…she looked and felt like a Dark Mirror Senshi. “Um…hey there. Who are you supposed to be?” Damn. Her outfit was pretty, all purple and flowy and…those boots were…well. Almost as attractive as hers were…Almost.
“Are you part of the DMC?” She thought she knew everyone…Navi, Remarque, Leto, Requiem…Um..that one guy, Virtus. Thule and…that other guy that she hadn’t talked to in ages…or…really hadn’t ever talked to. But…this girl wasn’t a part of that group. Maybe she was new…yeah. She must be new. Or something. “Sorry to be so rude, I just…thought I knew almost everyone…”

When Mimi heard someone talking seemingly to her, she looked around and saw a girl that... Was coming out of a mirror?! Mimi leaned back and fell onto her bottom, almost straight out cursing with the surprise. However, her manners managed to reappear. "What in the world are you doing?!"
The girl that appeared though the mirror was wearing black like she was, but a yellowish color instead of her purple. She had blond hair, seemingly shorter than it was once. Mimi shook her head abruptly as she tried to compose herself, standing up and brushing off the dirt that might have gotten on her clothing.
Mimi knew that she was just as confused as the girl that just went through, but she looked at the girl questioningly. She cocked her head to the side... "DMC... So she's part of my... 'team'?" Mimi nodded and smiled. "Yeah... I'm new to all of this." Mimi couldn't help herself but look back at the mirror and the girl now standing in front of her.
"Sorry, Miss, but my curiosity is peaked..." Kept looking at the mirror, wondering. "How... Did you do that? I didn't even know DMC had that ability...."

Aha. So the girl was new. Lesath grinned at her inability to even know about mirrorwalking…and the fact she fell over in surprise. That was just amusing. “My name isn’t miss, I’m Super Sailor Lesath.” She held out a hand, the grin turning to a smile. “I’m the senshi of moths, and mirrorwalking is a skill that we DMC are blessed with. It’s kind of fun, to be honest…nobody told you that at your orientation?”
Well, that wasn’t surprising. It seemed like the only orientation that they ever got was from an experienced other DMC person showing them some of the ropes…and sometimes, even that was hard to come by.
“I can help you learn how to do it, if you’d like…it’s really, really strange at first…kind of uncomfortable, even. But if you practice, it gets to be as easy as walking!” She remembered when she first started, and how it took her forever to get from place to place. “I think…that might be one of the best things we get…it is always so amusing to walk through a mirror and scare a white moon senshi senseless. It really is.”
She smiled again. “But, yeah I would be glad to give you some pointers!”

Mimi was standing face to face with the girl now, and well, she could definitely tell that the girl had more experience than her. It wasn't just that her outfit looked more intricate than her own, but more so her posture and the strength of her words when she spoke. "Nice to meet you, Miss Lesath." Mimi smiled. She knew a lot of people didn't like 'proper' titles, but she really just preferred them to not having them. "My name is Sailor Mimistrobell. Though Just Mimi is fine. I'm also the Senshi of Nightshade."
"My 'orientation' wasn't much of one. Queen Ares pretty much just gifted me with what you see before you, and well, disappeared." She didn't even know that there was such thing as an 'orientation' for Senshi. Mimi smiled to herself a little bit. "Kinda sounds like a school-ish thing to me..."
She was also kind of ashamed she really didn't know much. It was kind of understandable since she was new at all this, but it also bugged her. There wasn't anything she could just look up online to learn about or like... Read in a guide book or something. Mimi felt lucky to run into someone else that she wasn't 'enemies' with. When she heard 'White Moon', she knew that those were the people against her Queen's goals.
With a nod, Mimi smiled. "I'd love some help with this... Mirror-walking. I'm definitely curious... And sad to admit a bit scared and intimidated at the same time..."

Lesath grinned. “Don’t be scared, Mimistrobell? Jeeze, that’s a mouthful. But don’t worry. It’s not bad at all. It feels kind of like…moving through…water I guess. It was awful my first time though…but…it’s easier the more you practice.” She twirled a piece of her hair around a finger, trying to find some way to describe the sensation. “Ah. I don’t even know. We didn’t have much of a choice with it. It was like, bam into the mirror with the other senshi and then we learned what the hell happened to us.
She sighed. “Well, it’s interesting to say the least. But it…oh just come on. Explaining it is a waste of time, and I’m not quite sure just how to do it…so you’re going to have to trust me and just jump on in.”
The blonde held out her hand, looking at Mimi with a daring sort of smile. Come on, newbie. Prove yourself. Make the first real step into the mirror. It would be a lot easier when you finally did.

It was the first time someone complained about her name, but Mimi did agree that it was kind of long. "I guess you can just call me 'Mimi' then? I don't really mind it."
Mimi listened as Lesath spoke. Moving through water when you're actually moving through glass? It sounded odd and unbelievable to Mimi, but she knew she was different know, so anything was possible... Right? Lesath definitely made it seem easy. Mimi was hoping she wouldn't just walk into the glass and hit her head. That would be completely embarrassing...
She wanted to just take Lesath's hand, but Mimi paused. "But... I don't even know what I should do." Mimi pouted. "Like... What should I think? Or... Is there something I have to say? Or... I don't know!"
Either way, Mimi held Lesath's hand. "If I just walk into it, won't I just have a big bump on my head the next morning?"

Lesath chuckled. “Well, don’t be scared, that’s the first rule. Also…we need to find a mirror that you’re familiar with…” She thought for a minute. “Okay. First off…I’m going to show you another mirror that’s here in the park, we’ll have to find that before we can have you mirror walking. You need to remember where this mirror is, okay? You have this in your head?”
She felt kind of like a mentor at that moment, like she was the responsible one, teaching a newbie how to do something…and Mimi would really be lost without this help. It was kind of cool. “By the way, I like the name Mimi. I think that suits you.” The blonde grinned and tugged Mimistrobell after her, going to the nearest mirror.
“Okay. Here’s another one of the mirrors we’ve hidden…they’re all over the city, I don’t even know if I’ve found them all yet, but…I haven’t really looked for them all or anything. Anyway, that’s totally not the important thing here.” She grinned, really seeming excited. “Remember, Mimi. Remember where that other mirror is…and let’s go!” The super senshi tugged the other girl though the mirror, walking back to where they both started.
She let Mimi’s hand drop and looked at her. “Well. That’s…mirror walking.”

Mimi was surprised when Lesath pointed at the mirror that was hidden in the park. It kind of gave her desire to find the rest of them. Sure, even Lesath didn't know where they all were, but it seemed like something that would be a fun past-time. More so, it would probably keep her out of trouble, at least for now. "I can't seem to get a lot of things right, but hopefully it gets easier later on."
Why couldn't she just create posters to get themselves know? Where there things like that? Mimi was definitely better with defensive tactics than offensive. She sighed and then shook it all off. "Have to learn sometime!"
When Lesath told her to make a mental note of where they were, she did. Mimi's mind carefully remembered the mirror's shape as well as the location and it's surroundings. Visually memorizing things were definitely one of her stronger points, and once she was satisfied, Mimi spoke again. "Okay... Mirrors noted!"
As Lesath pulled her along, Mimi was surprised when they went straight into the mirror and back out again. Surprisingly, she didn't hurt herself. She laughed, slightly relieved that she could do it before looking at Lesath. "Well, that was easier than I thought. So all I have to do is memorize where the mirrors are and I can use them whenever I want?"

Lesath gave a little clap smiling. “That was perfect. And, yeah. Just learn the location of at least a few mirrors, and invest in a good sized mirror for your room and you’re totally in business.” She glanced around, then laughed, liking this girl a lot. “I’ll help you out all I can, Mimi, and we’ll have to hang out again sometime soon. It’ll be a lot of fun.”
The blonde grinned. “Anyway, I should be getting home, I forgot that I had a final the day after tomorrow…I should start studying.” She laughed then gave a little wave, putting a foot in the mirror. “Be safe getting home! I hope to catch you some time later. I’ll keep in touch!”
She slipped fully into the mirror and headed home, pleased at how that had turned out. Maybe she wasn’t such a terrible teacher after all.

"Memorizing mirror locations. Definitely can do that. I'd guess that mirror in my room is big enough..." Mimi looked at Lesath with a warm smile. "Thank you for teaching me. I'm honestly beyond grateful."
When Lesath needed to leave and was about to step through the mirror, Mimi called out. "Good luck and take care!" She watched as the blond haired girl disappeared. It was fascinating that they would be able to do that, but she wasn't a normal girl anymore. Was it worth it exchanging sleep to run around the city and now walk through mirrors?
Definitely.
Mimi stared at the mirror in front of her and then recalled the large mirror in her room. She'd been there so much, it should be easy to get back to, right? With a deep breath, she walked through the mirror. As easy as that, she was back in her own room, needing to study for her own classes.
