. . . Thunderpath . . . ███████ ████████ ████████████████████████ ███████████████ The same thunderpath that serves as a border between Thunderclan and Shadowclan, also does so for Windclan and Shadowclan. It is a small stretch of the Thunderpath, but the only border between the two clans.

☀ ☀ Crowstalker ☀ ☀ Silent// Hurt// AbandonedSenior Windclan Warrior If she hadn't left him...
Crowstalker padded along slowly, waiting for Silentpaw to catch up. He was also being careful to stay a good distance from the Thunderpath. It made him nervous. Too many cats had been injured and killed by the monsters on it. ... would I have been born to her?

Apprentice of Windclan ⋙-------------⋗Silentpaw⋖-------------⋘ -- Enter from Windclan Camp --
Silentpaw blinked warily as he walked into the territory beside his mentor and his ears were perked for any sounds of moving prey. There seemed to be some carrion in the middle of the Thunderpath, but Silentpaw knew better than to run onto the smooth hard surface and risk his life for something that may or may not be edible. Whatever it was, as far as Silentpaw was concerned; it was crow-food.
Silentpaw looked to his mentor and noticed the nervousness as Crowstalker looked towards the Thunderpath. He brushed his pelt against his mentor's in a comforting gesture before he stalked off to the tall grass near the Thunderpath. ⋙-------------※-------------⋘

☀ ☀ Crowstalker ☀ ☀ Silent// Hurt// AbandonedSenior Windclan Warrior If she hadn't left him...
Crowstalker felt Silentpaw's pelt brush against his, and he did calm down a little. He released a short purr to thank Silentpaw. "We are here to patrol the border, but you can to hunt if you are hungry." He said to Silentpaw, remembering that his apprentice hadn't eaten yet. His eyes scanned the Shadowclan side of the border, looking for any of their warriors. Even though they were separated from Shadowclan by the Thunderpath, they still made him nervous. ... would I have been born to her?

Apprentice of Windclan ⋙-------------⋗Silentpaw⋖-------------⋘ Silentpaw twitched his tail after his mentor spoke and made sure that he could see Crowstalker from where he was hunting. He was a bit nervous about meeting Shadowclan cats across the border, and it was his hope that they stayed on their side. Silentpaw wasn't the best at fighting, and he also didn't want to chance an encounter with a horrible monster.
Stalking through the tall grass, Silentpaw picked up the trail of mice, but he tried five times before he finally got one and brought the dead mouse over to his mentor proudly. He set the mouse down and yawned widely before looking over at the border. ⋙-------------※-------------⋘

Emberclaw ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Emberclaw flicked his ears at Crowstalker's remark. It was actually a hunting patrol, Morningfeather was leading the boarder patrol. But he didn't say anything to the tom, and nodded at Silentpaw as he carried a mouse towards his mentor. The apprentice never spoke, which intregued Emberclaw, but he held nothing against him. It was his decision. The brown tom turned and padded slowly away from the others in the tall green grass. The near by thunderpath did not bother him. Prey still lingered here. He let the sun warm his pelt as he paused near a clump of bracken, waiting for his paws to pick up the vibrations from the tiny paw beats of the creature that would soon feed his clan.
A small tapping, and twitching of the bracken before him caught his attention, and he instantly tensed, his mussles rippling beneath his pelt. Emberclaw drew the scent of hare over his glands, and crouched low to the ground, preparing to spring after the animal. His tail low to the moorland, he flexed his claws into the ground, leaned back, then launched himself through the wall of brambles. The rabbit immediately dashed out of the other side of the bush, closely followed by the warrior.
The hare's large feet pounded with it's heart, sprinting across the marshey ground for it's life. Emberclaw's four paws beat the land quickly and confidently, and he narrowed his eyes as he closed in on the large rabbit. With a flying leap, he slid out his claws, and sank them into his prey's neck, pulling it back to bite it as well for good measure. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Crowstalker looked up as Silentpaw placed the mouse in front of him. "Good catch." He said. "Make sure next time that you don't hesitate." He said, referring to the first few mice. "Once you're close enough, go for the kill. The worst that can happen, is it can get away." He said. ... would I have been born to her? OCC: Oops! I have another cat out on patrol. Sorry!

Lightningstrider padded quickly into the area and stopped as she heard speaking. Smiling just slightly, the lithe deputy wandered over to the border and stopped before she stepped on the Thunderpath. Flicking her tail in an amused manner she cooed, "Well isn't this quaint," she mused before going to mark the border, still keeping an eye on the Windclan cats.
If those cats stepped but one foot on the Thunderpath, Lightningstrider would not hesitate to taunt them further and bring them over to their side so they could have a little 'chat' about crossing borders. She could prove to be very persuasive when insulting cats and angering them. . : ± : . : ± : . : ± : .

Apprentice of Windclan ⋙-------------⋗Silentpaw⋖-------------⋘ Silentpaw heard and saw Lightningstrider approaching since he had been looking over at the border. He stepped back slightly even as Crowstalker was talking to him and glanced at his mentor and Emberclaw warily as the Shadowclan deputy spoke.
She didn't seem to be hostile, but if the deputy was here, there was likely to be more coming on the border patrol with her. Silentpaw hoped that they wouldn't be too gravely outnumbered. Even if nothing happened, he would have still liked to be sure they could win a border scuffle. He took the mouse he had caught and went to bury it quickly before he returned and sat beside his mentor; staring over the border. ⋙-------------※-------------⋘

Firepaw XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Lightningstrider's ApprenticeFirepaw trotted behind Lightingstrider embracing each step that connected her with the Earth. Voices could be heard and it of course startled the young apprentice and made her draw back a little, but as the deputy approached Thuderpath and stood so close it was eerie, Firepaw could not handle the suspense. The she-cat could see a few Windclan cats and it made her hair stand up. Her nerves began to get the best of her, the idea of going into a brawl with them was one distasteful thought, but doing it so close to Thunderpath only heightened her anxiety.
Still following Lighteningstrider she watched them, "What do we do?" she whispered. Firepaw's green eyes looked at the cats in a bit of awe. They were so alike, yet so different all at once. One cat in particular caught her eye. He had to have been an apprentice just as herself. He had dark markings and pale yellow-green eyes. Her tail flicked, she was intrigued by him and his looks, but Firepaw knew that who she was studying so closely could never be a friend of her's. The young tom sat staring directly at them with widen untrusting eyes. While other's from the Shadowclan probably wanted to tear him apart, Firepaw had other plans. She wanted to meet him, hear his story, for some reason he seemed so interesting. Her bright green orbs locked onto his own and she looked at him not with a threat but with a curiosity. The gaze wasn't held for long though, Firepaw returned to the reality of what was going on and continued to walk behind Lightingstrider; still though the she-cat would occasionally look behind her at the cat across the road.

«яɪɅѮʁ»
↖ - ↗ - ↘ - ↙
I have so many things that I can’t find a place for. My head got overrun and these things are no more fun. I tried to shake it, but it shook me down completely. There’s no telling right now, but I tried spelling it out. Oh I fall asleep, but not so easily. As I might, I try to keep every little thing in mind. I poured out all my heart and that’s not the saddest part. All this time I had thought there’d be more, but oh it was like there was nothing to pour. I can’t be sure.
↖ - ↗ - ↘ - ↙ River was clearly far from where he lived. Though, was is even safe to say he had a true place to live? For a loner home was wherever he wanted it to be. The tom was busy looking for his dinner. His his skinny built it was clear he didn't eat well. Traveling close to Thunderpath he caught scent of others. Clans were out hunting and most likely on patrol. "Lovely," he said to himself. In the distance he could see the two groups staring one another down. How awkward would this be for him? To walk past the rival clans. It had to be done though, he wasn't going to interfere with their feud, but he'd say hello of course. It looked like the higher ranks brought their little training-cats with them. River wasn't sure of what everyone was called or even how their system worked.
He just so happened to be on the side of the path were the Windclan stood. He walked past them and greeted them with friendly nods and hello's, but he had noticed the she-cat on the other side who kept looking back at them "Hope I'm not interrupting anything," he said to them. The light was hitting the lone tom in a not so flattering way. His burn marks were very visible in the light. His yellow eyes caught sight of a fleeing mouse, and though their were others hunting here it was still everyone for themselves in River's world. Lowering himself to the ground he snatched the mouse up quickly, he then jumped up into the tree and began to rip apart his fresh kill. While of course watching the clans. "So, what exactly is going on here?" he asked while pulling the small mouse apart. He'd need a few more of those be fore he'd have his fill, but why not have some small talk while enjoying his dinner?

LOCATION: Thunderpath COMPANY: Lightningstrider, Spiderfang, Firepaw, Silentpaw, Crowstalker, Emberclaw, River OOC: Lol poor Stormhawk, being molested by Firepaw XD
Stormhawk was visibly displeased as the group made their way to the Thunderpath, which served as the border between Windclan and Shadowclan. The grumpy tom was no doubt still fuming over Spiderfang’s and Lightningstrider’s teases, both of them enjoying taking the mickey out of him for disliking intimate touches. If the tom disliked apprentices before, now he downright hated Firepaw for making him look like a fool. All this...touchy feely business was a bit too much for the tom to handle. Not only that, but after he told her to stop, she had the guts to fondly push her head against his one last time, probably as a joke. The nerve of that puny apprentice! Even while the group walked towards the border, Stormhawk was still shuddering at the memory of the apprentice’s overly affectionate gestures.
Stormhawk followed Lightningstrider to the border, and like the deputy he stopped short once he heard voices across the border. Two Windclan warriors could be seen, along with an apprentice who looked a little scared at the group of Shadowclan cats. The young apprentice hastily ran to one side to bury his catch, as if he was scared that the Shadowclan patrol would steal his prey. Heh, just as he would expect from a Windclan coward. ”Two wusses and a little apprentice. How cute.” He commented lightly, more to Spiderfang and Lightningstrider than to the Windclan cats. The Windclan apprentice looked like a proper coward to him, sitting beside his mentor and gazing across the border with a very scared expression on his face.
All of a sudden, the shape of a tom appeared along the border. From his smell, it was clear that he was a rogue, since he didn’t carry the smell of either clan. Like all proud Shadowclan cats, Stormhawk was hostile towards non clan-born cats, and his first reaction was to pull back his lips into a terrible snarl. His hackles spiked along his back, making him look twice his size. ”Leave if you have no business here, scumbag.” He growled with his ears flattened, making it clear that he was not going to give his warning twice.

☀ ☀ Crowstalker ☀ ☀ Silent// Hurt// AbandonedSenior Windclan Warrior If she hadn't left him...
Crowstalker looked up as he heard the Shadowclan deputy -Lightningstrider if her remembered correctly- speak. She was joined by other cats. A hiss escaped his mouth as the other Tom's comments. He didn't care what the Shadowclan warriors thought of him, but he didn't want that cat insulting Silentpaw. Still, rather then fighting with him, he decided it was better to ignore them. He had no reason to engage them anyway. They hadn't crossed the border.
Crowstalker didn't like how the tom spoke to the friendly loner either. "What business is it of his? The loner isn't even on their side of the border." He thought, deciding the loner could look after himself. He hoped Lightningstrider would control her warrior, but somehow he doubted it. "Let's keep moving." Crowstalker said to Silentpaw, scent marking the nearest tree. ... would I have been born to her?

S p i d e r f a n g Bitter warrior of Shadowclan __________ - - Spiderfang straightened out her frayed nerves during the swift trod to the Thunderpath. With a series of quick even breaths, she managed to let her slightly bristled fur relax, her sharply extended claws sheathe, and her eyes loose their furious luster and descended into something of a bored, 'I'd rather be somewhere else, but whatever', expression. Although she still had the undying urge to shove Stormhawk into a frothing, white river, the feeling had been crushed and covered with a nice hypothetical veil of dirt in the back of her mind. Stepping into the small patch of ground that stood between the Thunderpath and Nightclan woods, she quickly maneuvered to the side to peer across the black landscape and wrinkle her nose as the acidic tang of the border, the grassy smell of Windclan, and an undistinguished scent assaulted her nose. She gave a light sniff at Stormhawk's commentary on the Windclan patrol and took post to glare icy chips back at the Windclan cats, daring them to try anything funny. At the sound of the rogue, Spiderfang started, drawing to her paws and bristling the fur along her back. She gave a muffled hiss through her teeth and watched in disbelief as he greeted the Windclan patrol as if they were old friends. Keeping a contemptuous gaze on the rogue who was now eating a Windclan mouse, she couldn't help but give a soft chuckle and shake her head slightly. "I do believe Windclan is going as soft and as lazy as a kittypet." She said airily to the group beside her, ignoring the rogue's questions and keeping her body tense and rigid, dare that the he try to cross for another mouse or attempt the same friendly greeting. "Cross this path and face our wrath." Spiderfang echoed Stormhawk, her voice changing from light and airy to haughty and undeniable hostile as she glared daggers at the rogue.
