If I recall... Team Celestia grunts start with level 10 Pokemon. Agents get level 20, Admins 30, and the boss 40.
Last I checked with crew (when I made Des), we couldn't have rares, though it seems like that rule's been lifted with Regina's team. Wouldn't hurt to check some threads in the main forum to make sure.

Because I was bitched out for not having a good enough team despite it being the first goddamn gym I am refusing to be involved in ANY gym related activities. There is no character limit so far as I recall, but the general rule of thumb is that all characters you create MUST be active. If you have twenty chars, but only three are being roleplayed, the others are getting deleted. I'm currently RPing as the temp Leader, so give me a shout if you're ready to battle and I'll create a thread specifically for our fight. I don't think he has, so let me take a quick look at that and get you off to the races smile There HAS been talk of a few events with prizes, including the battle cruise and battle railway. Those are the ones built-in to Etrua, but likely there will be more events created later. Stay posted - or if you'd like to suggest something, feel free!
