Anyone else into Pokemon? I've always been a pokenerd, I prefer using fighting types, and preferably baramon like Machamp or Slaking. I don't like legendaries, but the Kami Trio is sexy so I'll prolly use them in gen V

Beast Henshin I run Fire/Ghost myself. Chandelure is like my perfect one. But my fave is Emboar ( o - u-o)
I have yet to get a new DS so I haven't played Gen V yet, but Emboar is half fighting type, and is a boar baramon, so I'm of course sold. I'll likely be going with Conkeldurr, Sawk, Throh, Mienshao, and Beartic as my other five. I also will be inclined to use the Kami trio because they are sexy baramon. I also will prolly try out the Legendary musketeers and Meloetta in Pirouette form since they are all part fighting type.

I've been with pokemon from the start. I like ghost and dark types. My favorite would be Golurk, with dusknoir as a close second.

Well, if you remember, Gen III had Emerald for Rayquaza, the third of the legendary mascots, and Gen IV had Platinum for Giratina, also the third of the legendary mascots. With Gen V, there were also three legendary mascots: Reshiram, Zekram, and Kyurem. Black 2 and White 2 are basically this Gen's game for Kyurem. Instead of just going with a third game that is an expanded version of the former two, I guess they opted to instead just go with two games, and Kyurem apparently gets a Black form and a White form. I don't really know all the details myself, but Nintendo is also planning to release a Gameboy port of Black and White. As in, original B&W Gameboy, like Red/Blue/Yellow.

I have no idea, but the planned Gameboy ports of Black and White are apparently because they have begun to take notice of the growing appeal that "vintage" gaming is getting and they think this appeal will result in the ports selling well.
I am honestly thinking that this is Nintendo's way of completing the old gameboy versions to keep up with new, so that those who have the old stuff still and cannot afford to upgrade to DS, can enjoy the newer content. Hopefully these ports will feature the ability to connect with Gen II, they same way the time capsule connected Gen II with Gen I.

Tee the Wicked the only problem with the time capsule was that you couldnt send any new pokemon or new moves or youdd fry the old version. And almost all the pokemon in black and white to begin with are new. Well of course. That was the whole point of the time capsule, to be able to bring your old pokemon over to the new installment. And I would like to think Nintendo would be smart and implement a similar means to transfer from Gen II to the Black and White ports.
