The squad three barrack never really changed since gin left and Rose got back in charge. Only thing that changed was the people and captain and so on. He kept this look because he met Rose, and never Met Gin who he looked up to because how cunning and ease going he was for some. He knew that a captain after him might change it, but is keeping this look because he wasn't going to remove the memory of two good people.  "....because i would rather have tea"

┌------------------------------------------------------------┐ ___ CANDY!!!! Of course Rin was happy to accept when it was offered, these squad members must've taken whatever time was spent at the boring meetings to get prepared.
The captain turned that same smile still on his face. It bothered Rin... This man wasn't family, he wasn't his dad, he was no comparison what right does this man have to keep that expression? Was it not bad enough that he held the squad and rank one possessed by his father?
||No one can replace dad...||
"Why are Ya a kid?"
Axzaki's question was rather annoying.... just what kind of question was that? It's one thing to answer a question with a question but this wasn't even an answer in any way shape or form and in fact it seemed completely off topic?
||What does that have to do with anything? What is he like ADHD?|| the boy thought wondering why such an off topic question was asked if perhaps the captain had serious focus issues, if so how did he even manage to become a captain?
Rin's composure did not change, he slightly tilted his head reflecting a small trace of puzzlement

Axzaki walked over to a bench outside and sat down by it relaxing. He knew this kid either didn't like him or wasn't use to someone holding the position of his father. Did Axzaki care? Actually yes, because he knows the feeling of losing your father. He lost his and his adopted dad, so he had not actual father figure anymore. Axzaki placed his hand in his haori and pulled out a bottle of tea. He drunk some to and then looked at the kid as he asked his question. Another question, whats with this kid. He wondered, though it wasn't abnormal for a kid to ask so many questions. Axzaki looked over to him and sighed"Is your head to big for ya body or something?"he replied to the kid. He then turned his focus to the sky and sighed once more.
Obviously something was bothering him, but it didn't matter. he had to see this through. Especially knowing he has a kid of a former captain to take care of . Suddenly he yawned and stood up."Look Rin...obviously you don't like me kid and I understand....buuut as long as ya under my protection I have to put up with ya."he then looked to his zanpakuto, which he removed from his side and placed it down on the bench. Finally he got back to his tea and began to drinking it some more as he relaxed, watching his squad members run around with their paper work like a chicken with its head cut off.

A beautiful Senkaimon opened above the Squad 3 barracks, the senkaimon was quite unusual as the doors opened in the shape of squares from corner to corner instead of doors. The senkaimon was barely noticeable by squad members due to its spirit block which allowed for the user to minimize the amount of spirit energy that would leak for it, this was very useful specially for Stealth operations. Yuki walked out of the Senkaimon with her hand on her head and the other hand gently places along the hilt of her zanpakuto, her spirit energy completely suppressed as she stretched her hand and the Senkaimon closed at once leaving no trait of been there whatsoever.
She knew Central 46 already knew she was there but she had no quarrel with them at least for now they were under great terms. Yuki slowly began to descend until she was at ground level standing at the door of the Barracks, she noticed as a few shinigamies looked at her in amazement. Yuki had always been the one to call attention to herself even when she was a lieutenant for Squad 6 specially due to the way she always was wearing human clothes and a pair of headphones around her loosen hair. She contemplated as the soldier's in amazement stared at her like kids in a candy store would stare at the chocolate and candy.
Yuki waved her hand at some of the members she recognized when she was still a part of the Gotei 13, she then felt the spirit pressure of someone who was very dear to her Axzaki. She let a gentle sigh escape her rosy lips as she thought about all the things they had undergo together specially when she was forced to leave the Soul Society and never comeback, yet she managed to get a trial with the Soul king which allowed for her to return again since she promise to lend the Gotei 13 her powers in case of a true emergency. Yuki smiled a bit and flipped her hair to the side in a quick sweep and began to walk to the doors, stopping just inches away she looked back and over at the Squad 6 Barracks. "I hope the captain still doing well." Yuki said as a tear rolled down her eye.
Yuki wiped the tear in a quick movement and focused her sight on the door and kicked it open. She also use her free hand to use Sekienton and create a red poof of smoke where she was standing which would disguise who she was in order for her to make her next move. She smiled and unsheathed her sword and gripped it tightly and shunpo straight on towards Axzaki and looked at him straight in his eyes and leaped in the air above him sheathing her sword, as she began to come down she twisted in mid air and brought her fist downwards and aimed it to punch Axzaki straight on. The punch was quite strong and if he did not move it could knock him down a few feet.

He sipped some tea, which he then put his left hand up since he was sitting down. As then fist came towards him, he used his palm to counters the attack by reversing the flow of his reitsu and his strength. He slowly sipped his tea in a calm fashion, and drunk it down slowly."Ya know...its rude to attack someone while that are defenseless or while they are drinking."he said calmly. He continued to drink some more before looking at the female."And who are you?"he asked in a questioning tone? He wasn't sure if he seen her before or not, but he was sure she might know him."....because i would rather have tea"

She looked as Axzaki stop her attack with ease, she was not very surprised since Axzaki had always been very strong even when they were at the same level. She knew he had grown a lot since then but so had she, as Axzaki questioned who she was her eyes widened a bit, part of it was surprised the other pure astonishment. How could he had forgotten her, I mean they had gone through too much together and yet he stood there in front of her asking her who she was, it was unacceptable. Yuki backflipped in place and gained some distance between them and retracted her hand and placed a wrap over it, the wrap had the Fujioka family symbol on it glowing a bright red as the reiatsu flowed through the emblem freely containing the reiatsu so it would remain undetected.
Yuki then flipped her hair to the side and turned her back towards the knocked down door, as she stepped on it ready to exit she looked back at Axzaki and threw a bag of gold that landed exactly in front of him. "That should make up for the damages to your door and anything else." Yuki said and turned towards the exit once more slowly making her way to the main hall once again. She waved over a few other soldiers she knew from back then and stood there in the middle of the main hall leaning her body against an stone column and let a sigh escape her lips. She did not know if she should be mad or sad but that made no difference now, he didn't know who she was him out of all people. She stood there deeply in thought as she placed both her hands behind her head to avoid the hard rock to make her uncomfortable.

He knew her and she knew him this is how she always been. Upset when someone seem to forget her, or someone she is close too betrays her etc. He then smiled giving her a soft grin as he closed his giving her the fox face. He looked at the squad members that was around, using his right to gesture them away. Even though some complained they left."....because i would rather have tea"

"So is it all a game for you to pretend and not know the people who care about you. If it is you have truly changed from the man I used to love and admire." Yuki was rather mad at the kind of joke that Axzaki had just player, after all the mere reason she had come was just so she could spend some time with him, and yet he managed to joke and play around as it was another day in the Gotei. Yuki opened her eyes and looked at Axzaki, her eyes narrowed and locked on the man as snake eyes on its prey. Yuki pushed herself off the column and walked towards Axzaki and wrapped her arms around his neck leaning in towards him.
"If you ever do anything like that again I promise you I will slash you cleanly in half and present your remains to Central 46 myself." Yuki said in a very serious tone as she moved in closer to Axzaki and gently kissed his lips against hers while running her left hand through his hair all the way to his cheek. "I missed you Axzaki." Yuki said in a sweet and caring tone as the kiss was broken and she pulled a bit away from him. Yuki was in fact Axzaki's girlfriend but they mostly kept it secret due to the fact that it could bring some suspicions to central 46 and they could retaliate by sentencing them to prison or worst case scenario even death.

Well that was an understatement, it was true Rin didn't know Axzaki, and a few hours is hardly enough time to have him analyzed and figured out, but from what he could tell not only was there someone in the position once held by his father... someone who didn't measure up according to Rin's standards. And to make matters worse this guy mimicked his father's composure?! It wasn't right what kind of mockery was this!? The loss of Gin was still so painful, and this just seemed to add insult to an injury that'd never heal.
Rin slightly raised an eyebrow at Axzaki's comment
||Put up with me? ... under protection??? I don't need protection, I can take care of myself... I can make it on my own! I don't need anyone's help especially not from some loser posing as dad!!!|| the boy thought slightly disgusted... Just who was putting up with who?
The boy's brows slightly furrowed though his smile remained.
He suddenly delivered a hard kick to the captain's shin ignoring the fact that another shinigami had come to greet.... no court Axzaki... he should've been more behaved in the presence of a lady but the truth was he didn't really care.
"Put up with this!"
he stuck his tongue out at Axzaki and ran off... if Ax was a normal man he'd have a shattered tibia... luckily captains aren't considered normal.

Rin sat in the persimmon trees which had once been planted by Gin long ago. The trees had grown very tall since then, the boy grabbed one of the ripe fruits holding it carefully like a precious jewel. His narrow gaze slightly widened as his azure eyes were nov visible, crystal clear tears leaking out of them dripping down on the fruit he held in his hands. He remembered when he and his father shared persimmons, his father loved persimmons.

Shadow was walking by,questioning matters of his own, when he saw Rin sitting under a tree. "Good evening, something seems to be troubling you. Care to share?" Shadow took a set behind Rin on the other side of the persimmon tree. This boy reminded Shadow of himself when he was younger in alot of ways. Yet shadow had only a few people to try and help him. At the vary least he could give his best to try and help the kid with his issues before his visit with captain Axzaki
"Im going to take a guess...." Shadow said to Rin "....you still miss your dad, captain Gin. Am I right?"

"He said stopping."Animus died so I have to prepare for this big battle that is ahead."after saying he wondered where Rin was, though most likely Rin was hiding or trying to find snacks. He couldn't help but look at the little guy as a lonely person because he wasn't sure if he knew his dad died. It troubled Axzaki because the fact of knowing what hurts...he should know."....because i would rather have tea"

"It is a long story Axzaki-kun but I was ask to never return to the Soul Society by Central 46, although I was lucky enough to get a hearing from the Soul King and allowed to return again. I knew the first person I had to come see was you, I missed you all those years I was kept in the World of the Living. To be honest there is no worst prison that been away from the one you love." Yuki said and poke Axzaki's side. Yuki was very playful and kind when it came to Axzaki specially since they shared an special relationship, yet she could be cold and fearsome in the battle. "So you finally are wearing that haori you were so proud of years ago, Congratulations." Yuki said and smiled.
She continued to walk alongside him, she wanted to hear everything that had been going on ever since she had left. She was more than the other captains had been replaced as well even her old captain Yunichi, Yuki sighed loudly at the thought of her Captain dying. As Axzaki spoke about Animus's dead Yuki's eyes widened and a bit of anger began to build inside her, Animus was also Yuki's friend and an old mentor of hers when she had first set foot on the Soul Society. "What you mean Animus dead?" Yuki asked Axzaki with a very worried tone as that meant the enemy was truly powerful.

He looked up in front of him as he continued to walk. After feeling her anger once he told her that Animus was dead, he was well aware she would've become worried because Her, Grimm and Axzaki himself was trained by Animus himself. Axzaki stopped once she asked."Yes...Animus dead...gone...no more."he replied in a cold tone. He though of wrath while saying that and then released himself into a sigh because he knew he couldn't defeat wrath in vengeance, but in peace and justice. He then began to finish walking again."The enemy we face is highly stronger then we think..and sadly it seems they don't die so easily either."he said as he watched squad members pass by him doing their duty. What he really could only think about was Rin because since Rin is in his custody, he had to watch over the kid. He wanted to make sure the time Rin have here in the seireitei will be something he will never forget. "....because i would rather have tea"

┌------------------------------------------------------------┐ ___ Rin hadn't noticed Shadow's presence until the man had spoke. He tried to regain his usual composure not wanting to be seen crying... his father never cried. He tried to wipe the tears away but more still came to replace them. Still he smiled just as he'd been doing all day, ever since he was unsealed. He smiled in learning that his mother was gone, he smiled when learning everyone he knew was gone, he smiled when he learned the epidemic had wiped out so many of the shinigami he once knew, that many years had passed and the times had changed, feeling alone in a changed soul society he still smiled.... and even now... thinking about the person who meant most to him the father that he looked up to who was gone, though tears streamed down his face he still maintained that fox-like grin.
"I'm fine" Rin said in response to the first inquiry... it was a obvious lie, but Shadow must've seen right through it as though it were glass.
"Im going to take a guess...." Shadow said to Rin "....you still miss your dad, captain Gin. Am I right?"
Rin nodded"Yeah..." he answered softly. How could he not? Gin was practically his idol, there would never be another like him, he stayed true to the meaning of his last name.... Ichimaru.... one man....
