 A string of mysterious murders has occurred through out Japan, the suspects possible residents in the decent-sized country-side town of Hamamura. Sent there by their superiors, a team of law enforcement consisting of a detective, three local police officers and two FBI agents investigates the small town, meeting a family of kids who come from different families, but because of different reasons, they ran away; eventually meeting each other and forming a family. Appearing friendly, the team chooses to trust this family, some getting closer then one would expect. But little does the team realize the family are the ones responsible for the serial killings, but will their judgement be corrupted by the blinding affect of love? Or will they betray the people they've given their hearts to for their job and distribute the justice the wealthy family of criminals deserves?

Personality: Natsuda is described as a protective ally who is dangerous to anyone who he sees as a threat to his family, and has a soft spot for children like Dinah. He does, however, have a bad temper and doesn't trust or even like anyone he doesn't know.

Background History: Natsuda's father was a serial killer who was arrested for the murder of more then 25 women when he was a child. Having to leave behind their friends and lovely home in the suburbs for a small run-down apartment in a crime infested part of the city, his mother soon became depressed, working extensive hours to support Natsuda and herself, subduing to the temptations of alcohol and began to neglect Natsuda who was at the mercy of his mother's abusive boyfriend. In the 6th grade he lost his temper and shot his mother's boyfriend while she was at work, hiding the body and lying to his mother and the police, saying the boyfriend left his mother. Through out high school he continued to get into fights with other students, being arrested several times for drug possession, assault, battery, breaking and entering, DUI, and so on. In his junior year of high school he came home to see the apartment door wide open, the lights were busted and the inside was a wreck. As he went through the apartment he found his mother bleeding on the floor of the kitchen, running to her side and holding her in his arms as she struggled to breath before drowning in her own blood. Furious, Natsuda found the 5 intruders responsible for his mother's murder and kills each one, stabbing them several times with the biggest kitchen knife in the apartment. Afterwards he ran away, soon encountering Tokine and Dinah, joining the two. After seeing Tokine shoot a man after he tried to rob her, Natsuda, Tokine and Dinah admit to one another about their killings and how they wanted to continue doing so.

Background History: Chizuru's father, Katsuro Inami Hayazaki, was a serial killer who was arrested for the murder of more then 25 women when she was only 3-years-old.While he had been living with Chizuru and her family he was secretly living with Haru and her mother as well, neither women knowing the man they had married was not only a serial killer but a cheater as well. After his arrest Haru's mother had to work full time, so she was unable to care for her daughter, being forced to either leave her alone at home or have Haru's violent 16-year-old cousin babysit her. Chizuru's mother didn't make enough money, so soon after her father's arrest her mother's job went bankrupt and she was laid off, the house now facing foreclosure, and soon enough Chizu and her family were evicted from their home. Now forced to leave behind their friends and lovely home in the suburbs for a small run-down apartment in a crime infested part of the city, her mother soon became depressed, working extensive hours to support Chizu, her brother Natsuda, her sister Nanami and herself, subduing to the temptations of alcohol and began to neglect Chizuru and her siblings who were at the mercy of her abusive boyfriend. At the age of five, things at home became significantly worse when one night, in a drunken rage, Chizuru's mother took 10-year-old Nanami and gave her away to an orphanage. When Chizuru was in the middle of the first grade she came home to see a violent and blood soaked Natsuda who had lost his temper and shot thier mother's boyfriend while she had been at work. Forced to help hide the body, Chizuru had no choice but to lie her mother and the police. After the police inspected the old apartment they took Chizu down to the station for questioning. Not about the boyfriend's disappearance, but how life was like for her at home every day. Not realizing that the men questioning her were actually social workers from Child Protective Services, she told the truth about everything that happened at home. Months later the same men came back to the apartment, this time looking for Chizuru who had just turned seven. As she cried and fought to stay with her brother, the CPS workers placed her in a car with two suitcases of her belongings and was taken to a better suited guardian that was next in line for custody of Chizu and Natsuda. To her amazement Haru met Chizuru when was brought to the home of her father, who had paid bail and was now on parole. Happy and surprised she had a half sister, Haru and Chizuru quickly became very close to one another and relied on each other for support, loyalty, trust, and protection. Living in a home that was nicer where she got almost anything she asked for provided a calming amount of relief to Chizuru's life for two years, and both girls enjoyed spending time together, but made it a personal goal of theirs to avoid their father as often as they could when they were at home. After living in the house of her murderous father she followed the rules very carefully. Haru tried to ignore any screams she heard and claimed she had grown used to it, and that Chizu should make sure she never questions the amount of women coming into their house that seemed to vanish the next day. Too scared of what might happen to them; they ran away, both being pursued by their psychotic homicidal father. Both managed to out run and out wit him for quite some time, but, having the same complex and extensive knowledge as their father, they were soon found. By the Chizu had turned eleven and Haru was twelve, their father had caught up with the two. In the alley way where he seemed to have the girls cornered, his mood changed from violent to a disturbing display of pride in his daughters as he looked at the two armed chidren that were soaked in the blood of the victims they had murdered and robbed, making their father laugh coldly with amusement, claiming that Chizuru and Haru were just like him. Two cold-blooded, ruthless killers who'd take out anyone who got in their way. This comment pushed Chizu's rage to a boiling point, sending her and Haru into a violent rampage, killing their father brutally then killing any of the homeless people who had witnessed their crime. They also attempted to kill Tokine who had seen the murders they just committed, but were easily over powered by her and her little sister named Dinah. After calming down and spending more time with the sisters, they were offered a place to live in a quiet country town where there was very little law enforcement due to it's size and the town's low crime rate, so they could get away with things like this. Reluctant at first, the girls agreed and as they continued living with Tokine they were reunited with Nanami and Natsuda.
Criminal History/ Past Tragedies: Arrested for Theft, Battery, Assault, Breaking and Entering, Burglary, Impersonating of a police officer, Arson, Bribery, Fraud, Trespassing and Vandalism but was let free. Her father was arrested when she was 2, her mother became a depressed alcoholic after her father was arrested, she and her brother were abused by her mother's boyfriend, her mother was murdered by a group of burglars, she was taken away by child protective services when she was 7, she was separated from her sister Nanami when she was 5. Her grandparents were killed right in front of her by her father, Her mother committed suicide, She was sexually and verbally abused by her older cousin (whom she eventually killed), She had to help kill and dispose of the women her father murdered, when she was six she had to live on the streets until her father had gotten out of jail which wasn't until she was nearly eight years old.

Personality: Appearing kind and loving, it's no surprise that so many people can easily trust Tokine. Helpful, sweet, charming and lovely, Tokine can easily fool people with her charms. And frankly, she is exactly that. But that's not her entire personality. Sly, cunning, manipulative, and seductive when she needs to be, it's bad to get on her bad side. If you do, it's best to watch your back, because she will find you and let's just say your death would be fast, silent, and deadly.

When his father tried to punish him Ren took a metal baseball bat from the garage and beat him to death, then shot his father's girlfriend 6 times in the back. He lived on the streets for a while as a drug dealer to earn money so he can pay for his sister's hospitalization until one night when visiting his sister, he and Rengae spend several hours together before she gives in to her Leukemia and passes away. In a total rage he killed 7 people the same night. He eventually left the city, and was picked up off the streets by Natsuda a year later. Personality: Sweet, charming, seductive and down right darling, anyone who met Nanami Kotetsu labeled her as what everyone would consider an american sweet heart. But that's not always the truth. Sly and dark, she knows how to use a person's emotions against them, turning them on their friends and family, and can easily change from seductive and vicious to innocent and childish.
Likes: Pastries, working with Tokine in the garden, seducing men, playing the piano or violin, cats, her pet tarantula sparkles
Strengths: Nanami is fast and agile, her time training as a gymnast has made her ability to dodge obstacles extremely easy. Learning to fight on the streets helped her strength excel.

During highschool Nanami was taken advantage of several times by many of the men she dated, including her foster parents and her older foster brother. She began taking revenge on those who made her suffer, killing her foster family, and framed it on her past boyfriends. When she met Tokine at a super market they spent time together, seeing her kill a man in an alley way Nanami wanted to join Tokine and Dinah, eventually being reunited with Natsuda

Tall, well built, strong, clever and handsome Taro has always made it almost a personal goal to upstage Tooya, even if he doesn't realize it, always treating the blonde man like a younger brother. While Tooya is hot tempered and childish, Taro displays patience, persuasion, charms and a very wise and calm exterior that he often is on the inside as well. Women are like princesses in his eyes, and whether he likes a girl or not he will be a courteous gentleman, using his handsome appearance and smooth voice to win over the heart of the women he acts so kind towards. The gypsy camp where he lived was being attacked by Italian soldiers when he was 16, leaving him with only his family's caravan left. His siblings had vanished and all that was left of his family was his grandmother, who died soon after he turned 18. Depressed with living in the past, Taro left Italy with his with everything he could carry and set off for the harbor. He bought a passport and a ticket to take a ship that was heading to Japan. When he was 20 he met Tooya and the two have been very close friends, and he even considers Tooya to be like one of his brothers. Personality: A generally easy going guy who usually doesn’t care as long as it doesn’t affect him. Despite his withdrawn attitude he’s friendly to certain members of the Murder Family and although poised to escape arrest and pin his crimes on someone else he is more than likely to actually stay behind and take the blame.
Strengths: Kaedo is very speedy and light on his feet. His agility, lithe size and dexterity coupled with an almost boxing-esque fighting style combine to create a formidable fighter. Growing up in the slums he has learned to fight savagely using cunning, raw skills and trickery. He can be quite intelligent and manipulative when it suits him and his work with a knife is next to flawless. His attack style is ruthless and filled with natural anger.
Weaknesses: Kaedo is actually quite terrified of being bound or suppressed in any way and tends to freak out and fly into a rage if he feels restrained. Therefore the idea of being locked in a jail cell is a very daunting terror of his. He’s also slightly wary of large bodies of water due to him being unable to swim. His snappish temper and impatience often causes him to rush into things too early and mess it up.
Favorite Weapons: Kaedo is fond of his Italian brand Beretta 93R semi-auto pistol and often carries a stiletto knife as backup or close combat.
Background History: Kaedo’s real name is actually Laramie Botticello. He was born in Italy to lower class parents where his mother died in the process of childbirth due to bad living conditions and sickly health. His father quickly became an abusive drunkard and five years later walked him to the steps of an orphanage before leaving him there. From the age of five until the age of eleven he was forced to work in a child labor sweatshop, enduring brutal work and a harsh childhood. At eleven a rebellious incident caused him to flee the orphanage and he found himself living on the slum streets of Italy, struggling to survive. He quickly got himself wrapped up in all sorts of troubles, gangs and turf wars. At thirteen after almost dying during a particularly harsh winter a foreigner discovered him and shipped him to Japan to work for him. Smuggled into an unfamiliar, foreign country, he quickly joined the ranks of enslaved prostitution for the man who had supposedly saved him. Laramie was highly sought after with his smooth olive skin, dark hair and lithe body.
Criminal History/ Past Tragedies: Throughout his life Kaedo has had many close calls with both the Italian and Japanese law. In Italy his record as Laramie Botticello includes multiple charges of theft, assault, drug possession, attempted murder and possession of illegal weapons among a few. In Japan under the alias Kaedo is where the majority of his trouble lay. At the age of eighteen during his time as a prostitute, he arrived at a hotel to meet a client and once in the room discovered the man was actually an undercover cop. Threatened with arrest for prostitution and as a result jail time and deportation back to Italy, Kaedo panicked and murdered the officer before fleeing. He escaped the area, refusing to return to the brothel he worked at and ditched everything in his old life before changing his appearance. For three years since then he’s drifted about committing crimes freely and causing all sorts of havoc until joining the Murder Family.

In its other hand a cracked skeletal hour glass swings from a chain, precious sand beginning to trickle out. Its scythe arches dangerously over Death's head, wisps of black tribal print curling from the blade. Gorgeous partially decaying feathered wings spring from the figure's back and curve across Tooya's back and beneath that in delicate curling letters is inked Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of Death, I fear only myself. The rest are unknown. He has a scar nicked onto the left cheek of his face and an eye patch over his right eye.
Any Other Information: He rides a custom built black motorcycle with clusters of skulls and blue flames embossed on it. It’s built for speed and sharp maneuvers and gives off the appearance of sleek power similar to its rider. Tooya considers this motorcycle his baby and once set a man on fire for knocking into his bike at a bar. He is almost always seen smoking and often becomes whiney and temperamental when he hits nicotine withdrawal. Background History: Kyo used to live alone with his mother and little sister in the middle working class district of the city. However after some time his mother became very ill and as a result lost her job. They were soon evicted from their house and forced to move into a run-down apartment in the slums. Plagued by hunger and watching his mother waste away in her sickness, Kyo sought any job he could find, barely managing to bring home enough money to feed his mother and baby sister. On one day he returned from a grueling day of working all night and morning, exhausted, starving and distraught to find his mother deliriously screaming and mumbling to herself. She stood by the grungy window, rocking back and forth and absentmindedly gouging scratches into her arms. His little sister lay on the bed, feverish and sickly with soiled underwear and dried tears. Something in him snapped that day and from then on he plunged head first into the world of crime. He joined a fierce gang and quickly became a drug distributor, standing on street corners selling products, fleeing down dank alleys to avoid the cops and silently getting rid of the competition. With the drug money he hired an older woman to take care of his mother and sister and had enough money for food and rent. Everything was going great until the day he ran into that cop.
Criminal History/ Past Tragedies: The cop was a kind middle aged man that caught him one day and wouldn’t let him go. Kyo would never forget that day, the terror of being pursued through a maze of alleys, being tackled to the ground, handcuffed. The guy asked him his name, shook him to get the answer. He took his sleeve and wiped the grime off of his face and faltered, seeing how young Kyo looked. God he was just a kid then wasn’t he? They somehow wound up sitting in some old school diner, Kyo scarfing down food like he was starving, shoving some in his pockets to take home to his mother and sister when he thought the cop wasn’t looking. The guy asked him how old he was, where his family was, how he’d ended up mixed up in drugs and gangs at such a young age and like a dam breaking Kyo had spilled everything. His life. His struggles. His fears. Even his crimes. And for the first time ever someone had listened patiently to him and then actually talked to him. The lecture the cop gave him that day is imprinted in his mind even now in his 20s. It changed his life. The two men parted ways and after much thought Kyo returned to his gang and promptly quit it. If only things could go that easy. A few days later they cornered him on a bridge, twined a rope around his neck and threw him over the side. Someone driving home late found him within minutes and he was rushed to the hospital. When he returned home half a month later his sister was in an unknown orphanage and his mother had committed suicide. He set his goals for the police force and with determination worked his way there.

Background History: Elliot grew up in a military based family where it was almost expected for the men to join in fighting somehow. He served in the US military as a sniper for several deployments before he was injured in battle and returned home. There he met his childhood sweetheart and married her before having their one child, a little girl. He was transferred to a base in Japan and the family moved there where his wife made him promise to leave the military life now that their child was born. He kept his promise and sought a job as a police officer instead, joining the Japanese force and working his way up the ranks. They decided to remain in Japan until their little girl is old enough to move.

Another noticeable trait of Giselle's is that she is flirty and there are times when Giselle doesn't care whom she is flirting with as long as she finds them attractive. Background History: Giselle's mother was a Spanish model, while her father was a successful businessman. The two met in France during a huge fashion show and her father happened to be there for a business deal. Her mother was currently dating another model but she was swept away by the dashing businessman because he actually paid attention to her and wasn't as vain as the guy she was dating. From then on, they have been together and shortly after, they were expecting a daughter. Giselle was born in Spain, in her mother's hometown and that was where she was raised. Her mother had quit modeling while her father chose to work closer to home so they could all spend time together. They had a fairy tale life but all of that was shattered one fateful morning. Giselle was only eight years old when two men broke into her family's home one morning. Everyone was still asleep and it was supposed to have been a break in robbery but the thieves had been too loud and had awoken Giselle. Curious at the sound, a young Giselle had left the safety of her room to see what was going on, while her parents remained asleep. As Giselle appeared she saw two men ransacking her house and it scared her so naturally being a young child, she began to cry. The men noticed her and panicked since her cries would definitely alert her parents. The men knocked her out and continued their job when Giselle's mother woke up. Hearing that, the robbers grabbed what they could and even took the small child since it was too risky to leave her behind. They fled the scene with thousands of dollars of appliances and other valuables along with a kidnapped child. When her parents discovered she was missing they became grief stricken and immediately went to the police.
By the time they had discovered that Giselle was gone and they had been robbed, the thieves were long gone. They had left the town and escaped to France where they decided to use Giselle to make money. She was a a young, pretty girl that many would pay big bucks to get a hold of. Of course, they decided to have some fun for themselves. The sick bastards molested the eight year old Giselle before prostituting her off to the highest bidders. Giselle's hell continued for about a year and half until some undercover agents recognized her as one of the missing children on an international list. They disguised themselves as potential customers then took Giselle back before going in for the arrest. A few months later, Giselle was returned to her parents who had become divorced by now. They both had blamed each other for Giselle's kidnap which ended their relationship. That didn't matter anymore since their daughter had been returned to her. However, she had obviously changed from a sweet, innocent child into a more mature one. Giselle was never the same after that incident.
Despite her tragedy, Giselle was able to move on after a few years and get on with her life. From the moment she had been born, Giselle had been gifted with a brilliant mind so she decided to use this gift in order to help the police. She finished school and graduated a year early where she then became part of the police. Her mother had moved to Japan where she took Giselle with her and that is where she joined the police station. Giselle isn't an official officer but she is one of the many people they come to when they need something since she has created many connections with her intellect and smooth tongue. As a child she had a glimpse of the underworld so she knew how it worked. This knowledge has helped with her connections and ability to help the police in anyway she can.

When he allows others to become close to him, he turns out to be a relatively gentle person but his sarcasm becomes heavier with those who know him. Background History: Keisuke's mother was half Japanese and American who lived in a small home, where it was a struggle to maintain a barely decent life. She later met Keisuke's father who was an English man taking a vacation in Japan. The two met in a restaurant that she was waitressing in. The two fell in love but they were unable to be together since he had to leave the country for a sudden emergency. Six months passed when he came back for her and soon the two were married. Their first son, Keisuke was born a year later and his life was a normal happy one. When he turned 16, Keisuke got a little brother who was a sweet little thing. They all loved him, even Keisuke surprisingly.
Two years later, Keisuke had graduated from high school and was going to enter college until tragedy struck. His parents were involved in an accident where a drunk driver had killed his parents on impact. Thankfully, his little brother was at preschool but now the two no longer had parents. No one was able to take care of Keisuke's little brother so he he had to drop out of college for a little way in order to raise his brother. Keisuke struggled to make ends meet, but he managed to do it somehow.
Criminal History/ Past Tragedies: After the death of his parents, Keisuke spent a year doing several jobs just to make ends meet and that was when he met a detective. This detective had been trying to solve a case that everyone had given up on, but he persisted. Keisuke was working at a construction site when he met this man. The detective was always around, looking for any leads to a case that seemed impossible to solve. Keisuke thought the detective should give up, until the case was solved. The detective had been able to solve the case and had caught the murderers. This inspired Keisuke to become a detective because despite everything, that detective was able to solve a case everyone else had given up. Keisuke entered the police academy, graduated, then quickly climbed his way up the ranks. Keisuke had a brilliant mind so he became a well known detective quickly.

Background History: Takashi was about four or five when his parents were killed in a car accident. He vaguely remembers them while all the memories he has of them are fuzzy; he does remember that he was sad even though he wasn't sure what was going on.
Keisuke was the one who raised him and there were times they struggled but they managed to get past it each time. When Keisuke became a detective, Takashi would be alone most of the time but he didn't mind too much because he understood that Keisuke's job is important for them both. He already knows how to cook and clean, especially when Keisuke is OCD about keeping everything neat and organized. Takashi had to learn to cook because Keisuke cannot do it to save his life. When Takashi isn't in school, he's usually out buying groceries or playing in the park when he grows bored of staying at home.

Dinah continued wandering through the town's streets. She was supposed to be with Kaedo, Natsuda and Ren at the market but got bored, so she swiped Natsuda's wallet and wandered off, leaving the market and going window shopping until she stumbled a pon a sweets shop. So now with at least 3 bags of candy and pastries all bought with Natsuda's money, Dinah continued looking through shops. No doubt the boys would soon notice that they lost Dinah. Being the youngest in the family meant everyone was incredibly protective of her, so if she vanished they would go into a frenzy. She didn't wanna be at the market though. It was boring and both Kaedo and Ren were being stingy, so if she had stayed she would've never gotten to get anything. Now at least 20 blocks from the Farmers market Dinah giggled at the thought of how hysterical the boys were going to be when they can't find her. "Hee hee, silly boys," Dinah said in an adorable voice

"Ooooooh damn!" Kaedo moaned, tugging in irritation at his face as he wove his way through the meandering crowd gathered in the market. "Damn! Damn!" He swore again, sharp eyes flickering about in search for the little girl he was seeking. How could he have taken his eyes off of her for even a second?! He thought with growing agitation. "Tokine will murder us all!" He groaned, imaging the carnage and tantrum the much older girl would pitch. He felt a shiver of fear race down his spine and doubled his efforts. As soon as they'd realized Dinah had slipped away the three of them had split up, Natsuda barking off quick directions and Ren swearing violently. Kaedo slipped past a group of people lingering in front of some stores and noticed that he was growing closer to the farmers market where local farmers brought their tediously grown produce to sell. Would she come here? He thought to himself with hesitation. He'd traveled quite a distance already with his agility and briefly wondered if it wasn't all in vain. His hands clenched into fists and he ground his teeth together. "That little b***h ran off on purpose!" He hissed despite being rather fond of the girl. "Of course she would wander as far away as possible, what the hell am I even thinking?!" He snapped to himself, ignoring the strange looks he was receiving. He was just zipping around another corner when he spotted the familiar swish of black and lace gothic clothing. Immediately his temper flared and in a flash he seized the back collar of her dress and hauled her backwards towards him. "YOU!!!" He thundered, eye twitching in irritation, a venomous sneer on his face. "What the hell were you thinking running off in the middle of town?!"

Dinah shrieked as she was pulled back, kicking and shouting at Kaedo to put her down. A few people glared at the man and whispered to one another, no doubt thinking he was hurting the little girl. Dinah didn't want to go home and she especially didn't want to get yelled at. "NOOOO! Lemme GO Kaedo! You big bully! Put me down, Put me down, Put me down! Lemme GOOOO," she whined, throwing a tantrum. She stomped on his foot with her steel-toed combat boots, making him let go and quickly running. "Good thing I put all the stuff in my back pack or it'd be a lot harder to run," she said to herself as she dashed through the streets, hearing Natsuda and Ren yelling at Kaedo before all three boys started chasing her. She got scared when the boys got angry with her, and as well behaved as she was there were just times where that little girl had settled with a plan and refused to change it. Dinah moved quickly, her small size making it easier for her to dodge obstacles and stay ahead of the boys, but they were also athletic and strong. "WAA SOMEONE HELP ME THOSE MEAN BOYS ARE GONNA HURT ME," she whined, getting people's attention, making the three men look like they were going to harm her and she sped to the fields that extended past the town that connected to a large and thick forest.
