 Keibetsu's office, it is quite extravagant as he tends to like the finer things. If he cant be found anywhere else he is most likely hiding somewhere in his office, most likely behind the false wall where he tends to sleep and get away from paperwork.

The pain it causes is to much at times,
Though it does empower me so."
Lying on one of the couches in his office, keibetsu slowly sipped tea from a small cup in his hand. He had been relaxing for a large majority of the day trying to dodge any paperwork, when a knock would come to his door he would quickly retreat into the false wall he installed to hide away. "Ah.. a good cup of tea can make me forget all about the damn boring work if the world could just be like this, no work and some nice ole peace." He finished off the tea in his cup then stood up walking over to his desk, he pulled open a large drawer and pulled out a bottle of sake. "But... I think its time to start enjoying something different then tea." Before he began to drink it he looked out a window, the sky looked nice, but he knew his peace never lasted he put the sake away then poured himself another glass of tea. "I'll just enjoy this instead then... its a good brew anyways."

I never want to lose my reasoning,

Who could when your captains so laid back. Plus he dishes all the papers to Nakama who dishes most of the papers to hired seat. Odd world right. Nakamawaledin the room plopping down on one of the couches. He placed his hand on his head, while attending a doughnut he grabbed when he walked in."Captain.....I got a question?" he asked with curiosity. He took another biteat doughnut which was very very delicious all the way around. It was like a second heaven, but who cares? ...or Can you Forgive......

Keibetsu jumped a bit as Nakama just walked into his office, but it was common for him to do that. "Nakama how nice of you to visit let me pour you some tea." Keibetsu pulled out another cup and filled it with the tea and began to hand it to Nakama. "So my friend what is this question that you have for me? I will answer anything as long as you keep me company, you came in luckily just as I was getting bored! So tell me what troubles you?"

O.O.C.: Nakama________ Keigo_______ Before he talked, he had finishe his doughnut. Then tea to follow the doughnut..mmmmmmm. He slowly began to drink some of the tea. Soo refreshing. Now back to normal. He calmly rested on the couch looking at the ceiling."I want to know how was becoming a captain. I mean your one the strongest here I've heard. I mean a guy like me surving under a guy like you has to be fulfilling and tiring."Nakama, put both of his hands behind his head, resting on them. He has seen his captain in battle and was amazed. If it wasn't for his inspiration on his captain he would have probably never learned to use shikai."I wanted to know what was the toughest battle you ever had to take on?" he had plenty of questions.
Since he never really got to have a one on one talk with his captain, he was pretty filled with questions. So killing this time to do it was actually perfect. Also since most of the squad nine members are getting reports and interviews from other shinigami's that ran around. He looked over to his captain waiting for a response. ...or Can you Forgive......

Though it does empower me so." Keibetsu took a drink of his tea as Nakama asked his questions, he let out a slight laugh as he put his cup down. "Well those are some good questions... it was actually very saddening when I became captain, we had just lost the former captain and at the time I asked to take his place to show I was of worth to the old captain, so in becoming a captain it was sad losing our old captain but then again I had finally taken up the position I had worked to get for a long time..." Keibetsu closed his eyes remembering the past, he wouldnt of changed a thing about it though no matter what happened. "As for your other question, of all the battles I have fought in... it may have to be my own darkness or the pain I feel whenever a squad member is slain... It's hard when those things happen, especially when you feel as if you could of stopped it from happening." "But still i cant completely give into it,

"You're trying to stump me now eh?" Keibetsu finished off his tea then grabbed his zanpakutou and unsheathed it the long blade glinting off some light. "This is how, I fight against the strongest opponent I know. My own Zanpakutou's spirit Shi no Yokai." Keibetsu then resheated his sword and placed it up against the wall. "I have been training with my own Zanpakutou spirit for a very long time thorugh him I learned to fight with true power, grace, skill, and heart, basically all the fighting ability I have today I learned through my Zanpakutou which im sure must sound strange... but he is truly an opponent worth fighting." Keibetsu decided he would try a question of his own on his lieutenant, see how he ticked exactly. "Now what about you Naka? What really drives you to become stronger, who do you truly fight for? What are your aspirations?"

I was a lot like you at one time, I dreamed about nothing but peace it seemed andto become valliant and righteous... but im going to tell you know when peace exsists so does chaos ready to show itself around the corner, do yuo not remember how you became lieutenant of this squad? Through the use of your power, which is in a way the showing of chaos as power disrupts peace... but of course without chaos there is no peace and vice versa its how the world exists in a balance a never ending battle. In fact I know some chaos should be right around the corner for us of the Gotei 13 soon enough... but all in due time." Keibetsu laughed to himself a bit, he was never a very serious person even in serious situations, liking to take things easy and have fun with it all. "And I see you dont seem to wish to take my spot, and here I thought one day when I die you would take my seat! Haha... "Naka im not all powerful, im just as acceptable to death as any one else is. When it is my time I shall die, hopefully a warriors death and someone will take my place. But im not ready to lose my spot yet anyways, I like my office!" Keibetsu laughed at his own words, he then looked towards Nakama with a kind smile. "Light and dark are two sides of the same coin one can not exist without the other, as long as there are shinigami there will be hollows and vice versa on that. And remember we already fight side by side... and though are ranks may not say it but I always feel we are all equals, you are not only my Lieutenant but a friend, that is how it will be." Keibetsu poured himself some more tea, as he lightly sipped it he looked out the window again... a small cloud rolled by. "Maybe a training session would be smart soon. I feel something I dont like, and we may need more power for us to defeat it. And if it comes to it I will let out my chaos." Keibestu said as he continued to watch the cloud disappear round the corner of the window. "So also any new Intel I should know about?"

"Ah the resigning captain... Nope I have no clue on that! HAHAHA!" Keibetsu laughed loudly and almost comically at his own words. "Well then it seems we are on a slow on Intel for now, I'll set up for a training session soon out in the field, my zanpakutou I know could use some action, it has been a while since he has even tasted blood, but that is for another time. I wonder why I was not informed oh well I guess it was probably because I was hiding from people... Im sure Animus will tell me of it when needed, in reality it really does not effect me." Keibetsu stood up straight and walked to the wall he layed his zanpakutou on he attached the long sword to his back then turned back to Naka. "Well Naka when ever you fell like it we can go train, get a little one on one with your captain, what do ya say?"
