Once the proud structure where the young shinobi of the Iwagakure came to forge their futures, the Iwagakure Academy lies in ruin. It's toppled structure remains as a sobering reminder of what has been lost... the broken pieces of the once fine classrooms, now destroyed and abandoned. More depressing then that, the wreckage serves to show that it will be along time before the once proud academy will create Iwagakure shinobi again. This leaves very few shinobi who can even remember the lessons once taught in this lost institution.
Strangely enough, much of the wreckage in this area has been charred black, as if there was a massive fire or explosion, unlike the rest of the village which has no such markings to be found.
