so i recently started listening to blue october again. They have some really good music out. and the singer writes awesome lyrics. I think my favorite song by them is "hate me" just because of the way you know he wrote it for someone. But one line stuck out from all the others. "you never doubted my warped opinions on suicidal hate, you made me compliment myself when it was way to hard to take." this line actually caught my attention because i had someone who always made me compliment myself, even when i didnt want too. she was always there for me and i pushed her away after Harley died. now, after hearing this song again after a couple of years, the memories came flooding back, and i realized that i made a huge mistake in pushing this person away. so what are your thoughts on the band and the song.

I can't say I've heard of Blue October--at least they don't sound familiar. I think there are some songs, some singers, some bands that just tend to speak to you--the lyrics ring true to something happening in your life.
