More places needed protecting, right? More places seriously needed to have the monsters removed? Ofelia could dig it, the desire to clear and have something to show for it, so she got out of the bunk she was sleeping in and slid her shoes onto her feet.
The labs had to be cleared still, right? Something about sleeper pods? Ofelia really didn't know and really didn't understand, but at the very least she knew that whatever was inside needed to be protected and she felt like protecting things was an awesome part of an adventure. The dorms and the training hall had already been done once by her, no need for a repeat performance there.
Of course though she couldn't go alone. . . . and it was rather early and people were either sleeping or were out doing something. With a sigh the Sun trainee started to look around for familiar faces, wondering if there would be anyone she could tote along semi-willingly.

Michael had been cooping himself up for the past few days, trying to avoid his fellow Hunters while the voice in his mind still whispered. Now blessedly free of them though all he wanted to do was get out and get to work. Staying underground any longer would drive him insane quicker than the voices. Tugging self-consciously on his sleeves, for once rolled down in an attempt to cover the marks the vines had left, he glanced around looking for anyone heading out towards, hopefully towards the Labs. That in his mind was top priority, that graveyard didn't need to be anymore crowded. Nobody else should need to go up there to see their loved ones. Through the thin morning crowds he spotted a rather awake and ready looking familiar red head, he grinned softly - Lamb and Sun, perfect. He called out, "Hey, you heading up?"

Ofelia had been tapping the toe of her boot against the ground, having switched out of the flip flops just in case, and she looked up as the sound of a voice approached. She didn't recognize the speaker though his crest labeled him as moon. If Ofelia could recall well enough the Moon Hunters were masters of defense and a good partner for a Sun such as herself.
Perfect. "Mmm yeah, was thinkin' 'bout hittin' up the labs an' seein' if there's anythin' left ta do. Ya wanna tag along?" Ofelia adjusted the coat around her hips, tying it close even thought it would just be so much easier to leave it all behind.
Who is this? You seem to have a lot of male friends Ofelia, one might think you're a whore. Rue's voice barely held back a yawn, the boo hag lazy inside the trainee's mind.

Michael really did grin when she said yes and suggested the Labs, "That sounds perfect." He swept his arm out inviting her to take the lead on the walk there, "I'm Michael by the way." In the back of his head the only welcome voice stirred sleepily, having dozed in pure boredom the past few days whilst Michael recovered, << We finally heading out? No more moping? Please?Yeah, Nuucha, I know how restless you get without a good fight.Lightning was never meant to be caged.

"Ah'm Ofelia, but most jus' call me Ofie. S'nice ta meetcha." Actually, the only person she'd ever heard use her name, or even nickname, outside of addressing her during an introduction had been Jordan. Huh. The flourish of his motions was a bit weird but the teen wasn't going to pick and draw straws, she'd rather just get everything over with and then maybe go back to bed.
She started towards the labs, her steps slow and traced with a faint limp. Honestly Ofelia hadn't had proper time to recover anything, instead just slapping bandages on whenever she thought stuff was getting worse, so all in all anything could easily knock her down. Still she ventured out because darn it, everything else was boring. "Yer from mah batch, aren't ya? Ya look kinda familiar." Ofelia didn't...really recognize him and that sort of made her feel bad? She was always piss poor with names and faces, it's why people usually got nicknames after a while.

Michael frowned slightly as he quickly glanced leg as he noticed her slow and slightly off gait. If she was injured she shouldn't be heading out, they did not need the strain on supplies from people who went out injured and got even worse off. At the same time though for all he knew it was a permanent injury she'd had for a while and if she knew how to work with it and if it was who was he stop her. That dude in a wheel chair had kicked three kinds of a** so really a limp was nothing... Shaking his head mentally he decided just to trust her to know what she was doing, replacing his frown with an attempt at a friendly smile, "Nice to meet you as well, and yeah pretty sure I am. Been a hectic time since we woke up eh?" It was hard to belive if he stopped to think about it that it had been such a short a time, only what- three months? He knew things changed fast but Deus really liked to take the cake.

"Mmmm, yeah Ah guess. Ta be honest Ah kinda like all this hustle an' bustle, doesn' really give me much time ta think 'bout stuff. Ah may look an' sound stupid but when left ta mah own thoughts Ah do stuff everyone regrets, not jus' me." She cackled, a bad noise habit she was picking up from Rue. What happened to just being able to giggle or laugh? why did she always have to cackle now, like a witch or a hag?
Because cackling is more fun, more serious, and lets people know just where you stand on a scale of one to apeshit, my darling inbred hick. Ofelia shook her head and tapped her temple. She didn't need Rue rtying to give her advice, that was a bad idea, so she just kept walking.
And walking.
and walking.
"Um. . . Ah dunno where the labs are."

Michael snorted slightly, amused, "I know how that is. I think finding trouble is like a requirement for recruitment or something." << If by trouble you mean monsters then sure.>> Shush you, don't spoil it. He was having fun just chatting, even if it was slightly awkward and her cackling a bit off putting. Of course reality came back in when she mentioned she actually had no clue where she was going, pulling Michael up short. "Really-? Um. I mean, follow me..." He'd been there a couple of times, for the infirmary and to drop off things post missions so it wasn't too hard for Michael to navigate them there once he took the lead, frowning at the thick fog intruding on the building. "Should we start with a particular room firs- Wow!" Michael jumped back, quickly bringing Nuucha up as a solid looking small shadowy figure lept out of the fog looking like it was going to attack them. MOBHP: 15 AUTO DAMAGE: 5

Ofelia was glad Micheal knew where he was going, the young girl tagging along behind him like a faithful puppy, and as soon as they rounded the corner and entered into the labs she was pretty surprised to find it so. . . well, not like she remembered it. Maybe all those times she'd been here had been in her mind? It was rather possible, she liked to imagine things, but her imagination was cut short as soon as something came running out and smacked into her companion.
I grow weary of this, hick. Either find me stronger prey or do not even bother bringing me out anymore. Rue didn't sound annoyed, even if her words did, and Ofelia could easily feel the sensation of eagerness that her weapon was actually giving off. Rue lived for the fights, all of them, and her love of carnage was nothing short of horrible. Go on, swing me.
Ofelia gave the monster a bug bite, barely hitting it before it smacked her back. Things were off to a decent start, if anything. "Let's take this thing down, ya an' me. We can do it."
