Background: Circe was a woman of pure bliss. Her time as a witch was unparalleled. However, she remained a bit of a recluse for a long time. Keeping herself on an island where she can stay away from the one thing in the wprld that she can't stand: Men. She hated men with a passion, but she can't help but seduce them. When ever some manly soul washes up to her Island, she welcomes them, make them feel relaxed, then when they were asleep she would kill them or turn them into pigs; her definition for men.
Ast ime went by she knew her age will one day show, for she loved being pretty. One of her fellow witchs named Elizabeth Bathory thought that she can become young forever if she bathed in the blood of young women. However, as far as Circe knows, she died of blood poisoning. But Circe discovered something from Bathory's work. Instead of staying young and beautiful through the blood of girls, Circe found out that by bathing in the blood of young men she can keep her youth.
So now that any man that comes to her island, she would seduce them with her power. If there were young, good looking men she would simply kill them and bathe in there blood. If there were ugly men, she would turn them into her personal pig body guards: brutes with pig like features that do what ever she commands. If there were girls, then she would welcome them with open arms and let them live with her in woman utopia.
After years of a perfect witch life, she was visited by a boy by the name of William. He was sent to spy on her, so she tortuerd him until the day he broke free and used a weapon to try and kill her. She admired his spirit, but it was futile to try and hurt her. Instead of killing him, she punished him by cursing him with an Empathy Mask.
Circe now bides her time. She knows that DWMA is out to kill witchs, so she turned her island into a giant cruise ship that changes locations all the time. She also plans on building an army of fellow witchs and Kishin and any meisters and weapons that wish to join her. She wants to let the world know that she is the true queen of every thing now.

Personality: Circe is like an Empathy Mask herself. She can look so kind and sweet, like a genuine mother. But, she is really planning on the best way to kill her prey.

Blood Lillies: She makes blood red flowers grow that have a huge appetite for blood. There fleible tongues can stab like mosquito and suck all the blood ut of you if you are not careful.
Flesh Blossoms: Giant carnivores flowers come out of the ground and... well, you get the picture.
Mens' true form: She turns men into pig people, she doesn't do it that much anymore because she gets disgusted by it and because she has enogh guarding her.
Hell's Garden: she can turn an ordinary plant into a dangerous weapon.
