Yes, guidelines and rules can be annoying as all hell, but they are necessary at times. gonk

First Off: General Gaia Terms of Service and everything else apply. You can't poof it away so that you don't have to follow it.

Anyway, I'll just make a list of sorts explaining certain things you have to follow and do (for organizational purposes).

1. When submitting a poem, fanfic, original fiction, etc., put the title of it in the subject, along with what type of literary works it is. (Ex. - Subject: Sacrifice - FMA Fanfiction).

2. At the beginning of the post, just put a little note of any warnings you feel necessary to put in the story. If the work you posted has a lot of cussing, violence, gore, sensitive topics, etc., please let the reader know before they begin reading it. You wouldn't want to read something that you think is going to be about happy little forest critters when it's actually about a demon from hell tearing you limb from limb, right? ....right?

3. Do not post something that is not yours and claim it as your own. Meaning, don't steal your mother's friend's daughter's cousin's uncle's nephew's girlfriend's sister's cousin's poem and post it up here and tell

Fanfiction/Fiction~

For [fan]fiction, I'd just like you to take note of the fact that you should not post separate topics for each individual chapter (if it is a chaptered fic). Just post it as a reply to the original chapter, or edit your first post to include it.

Also, for a review, all you need to do is post a reply to the topic, if that isn't painfully obvious already.

Poems~

Although it is not necessary, it would save a lot of space if you did not make a single topic for every poem you post. To keep this subforum from being so cluttered, you can post a topic for all of your poetry collectively (i.e. 'Victoria's Poetry Topic').

I feel that I'm being pretty lenient on all of this, don't you? If I see anything that's...off, I'll just give you a PM if I need to. If you have any questions concerning any of this, just post here and I'll answer them as soon as possible. Please be aware that these guidelines will change, things will be added and taken away, etc., so make sure to stay up-to-date with it.

Vampy: If there's anything you don't like about this, or think I missed that should be here...just PM me or fix it yourself or whatever. 'Cause you can.
