 It had been a very long and very sweaty day of training. Not to mention the fact that today of all days had to be one of the hottest days of the year. "Phew," He panted out after running for at least four fields. "That was a workout." He looked around to see if anyone else had followed his same path as he had been training with a few cheetahs that decided to join him.
"I guess not." He shook his head after peering around for a few minutes and with a shrug he wandered to a shady area. Red eyes closed in contentment, it was still warm but at least the sun wasn't beaming down on his fur. He yawned and felt himself falling asleep. Licking his lips trying to gather moisture Shavar decided swimming would be next on the agenda for today. But after....zzzz.

Natthimlen had been watching the small group training from a shady spot where her coat blended nicely with the shadows and it was likely that she’d gone by unnoticed by all. It was unusual from a group of cheetahs to gather in such a way and although she enjoyed being with others of her kind, she’d chosen that spot to be alone. Not that she was shy, really, the young cheetah was just interested in watching a small group of fit males stretching their muscles without having to hide her expressions from the world.
One of the males had impressed her greatly and she made her way to his side but it seemed he had already fallen asleep! She watched his markings with great interest – they had seemed to come alive when he was running – and then dropped her head to get a better look at the ones surrounding his eyes. Confident that the male was sleeping soundly after the strenuous exercise, Nat took her time in her observations.

Nix must be dreaming, he took a deep breath again. Flowers and spice. He thought to himself dreamily. Feminine scent. Must be wrong all males 'round here... well accept one male that was kinda feminine-ish in action. His nose twitched again. Yup definitely female. Slowly his dreamworld dissolved into awareness. He snapped his red eyes open and found himself eye to purple eye with another... a female cheetah that look like the night sky. "Why hello there." He mumbled out with a sleepy semi-deep voice. " Are you here for some training as well?" Slowly he rose his head to take in the marvelous creature before him.

Nat was lost in her thoughts as she watched the peaceful expression of the male cheetah. She smiled when he stirred, drawn closer by the vulnerability of a sleeping face. With his eyes closed like that he looked rather adorable and Nat was fine with that. While she admired strength and raw power, she liked to see the softer side of males as well.
She did not, however, expect to be caught in the middle of her rather thorough examination and when a pair of red eyes opened and looked straight at her, she didn’t know what to do. For a moment she was still, too stunned to react until the male spoke and broke her daze. Nat recovered quickly, jumping back as she watched the male stand up again.
“Do I look like I need training?” she replied with her own question in a low tone and a soft purr, the corners her mouth pulling up to form a small smile again.

He watched in amusement as the female jumped away from him in startlement. But then his lids lowered at the sound of her voice, it was like music to his ears and he was so distracted that he almost missed her question. "Well," He checked out her body on the sly or atleast he tried too. "I would have to say no on the training because that body is-" He blushed before changing the subject. "I'm Shavar'Nix, how do you do?" He did a formal bow his inner knight was making an appearance. The faint yelling of instructions rendered the air for a moment and he looked over to see one of the trainers giving advice to a fallen member.
Shaking his head he turned back to the female that stood before him. " I must say this about you. Your pelt is most fascinating and I don't think I've ever seen the like of it before." He smiled charmingly.

Oh, that was a good answer. She followed his eyes like a hawk, her skin shivering lightly where she caught him staring.
“I’m doing just fine, handsome.” She grinned, quite amused by his good manners. With a slightly startled expression she looked in the direction of the sudden yelling but when it became clear that it was nothing serious her ears perked up and she took her time looking at their surroundings, feigning a little disinterest before her purple gaze returned to the male. “I’m Natthimlen. Call me Nat. And I was thinking something rather similar. Those markings on your shoulders are… interesting.” She was smiling coyly again and she sat down with a graceful motion, indicating she wasn’t planning on leaving anytime soon. "Are you done with training for the day?"

He found a smile spreading across his face at the 'handsome' comment, it was.... he puff out his chest a little proudly. Not many females found him that way...well then again he mostly hung out with males when training. "Nat it is then," He winked at her before continuing. "Well thank you. They kinda remind me of fallen stars, well huge ones."
He paused before answering her question and looked for his leader. Lucky him, the pale blue eyes of his leader make to his red eyes. He what as his leader gave a subtle nod which he returned and Shavar turneed to grin at Nat. "It would seem I am done for the day." He raised a brow flirtingly. "Why what do you have in mind I'm all ears?" He moved closer to her but not too close as he didn't want to crowd her...females could be deadly if cornered.

Nat chuckled when the other cheetah described his markings, finding his wording rather amusing.
“Oh, I don’t know… are you sure you are up for it?” She like that no matter how straight-forward he seemed to be, he was still keeping a polite distance from her and she closed that distance with little hesitation, walking past him so close she almost brushed her coat on his side.
“Aren’t you a little tired… mmm, should I call you Shavar or Nix?” Her voice still like honey, the dark cheetah flicked her tail, allowing it to brush the male’s chin. She looked a little wicked with her narrowed eyes and a little playful grin. It had been a while since she'd had so much fun talking to one of her kind.

He found his eyes closing and body shuttering from the sensations of her almost touching him. Feeling a bit brave or stupid depending on how you look at it, Shavar nuzzled into her neck. Her scent was driving him crazy. His eyes drooped and his voice came out huskier than usual. "Yeah...-" He cleared his throat and continued. "I'm feeling a bit tired myself and you can call my whatever you like Nat, I'll answer to either. I know this great place where we can.... rest." He looked at her waiting for an answer and he really hoped she was inclined to other things that could happen.

Nat gave a little hop to the side when he nuzzled her though not out of fear as she seemed to be in a very obviously playful mood.
“Shavaaar…” she called to him in a whisper as if slowly tasting his name in her mouth. She was giving him a seductive sideways glance as she played with his name. “Nixxx…”
“Oh, I would love to… rest.” She replied to his proposition, amused by his choice of wording. The dark cheetah had a feeling that whatever was going to happen once they were alone, would have very little to do with resting. Feeling just a little embarrassed by the cheetahs witnessing all the flirting, Nat poitedly avoided looking at anyone but Shavar. “Lead the way then.”
