So I need:
- An ancient pack of pissed off evil creatures.
XXX - Possibly hell hounds.
XXX - And a story as to why they're pissed off.
XXXXXX - Artifact stolen from death, death pissed, death released hounds.
XXXXXX - Artifact found and activated, releases hell hounds automatically.
- Their ability to kill just about anyone through just physical contact.
XXX - Or they can die from hell fire or something thrown at them.
XXX - Poisonous creatures are another option. Kind of like poison dart frogs, but only 9000X's more aggressive.
XXX - But they wouldn't kill the people who have been posting. They can survive by fighting back or escaping by some means.
- Or maybe just an epidemic.
- Or natural disaster.
- Stone of Chaos.
XXX - Another stone was created and hidden on the island to balance the stone of prosperity.
XXX - One of the players can find it, and therefore set off several events that would kill the majority of the players.
- Suspension of the games by the creators.
XXX - Maybe have a seperate thread for roleplaying during the suspension.
- Reinforcements to continue the game.
XXX - I would need some help recruiting new people.


Ladies and gentleman, we have a plan:

Anika volunteered to find a stone of chaos with her character. This stone is going to unleash a lot of bad things when Kyrein touches it. Then, most of the characters will die, and the ones on the list below will survive. Then, the gates will be opened and game moderators are going to ask all of the players to leave the playing field. All of the players are going to be held in a lodge type thing until the playing field is ready again. I will set up a thread for lodge roleplaying while we recruit new members. These new members are going to be replacements for the ones that died due to the chaos stone.

Those that wish their characters to survive may fight whatever is going to be unleashed, or simply escape. The rest of the characters are going to be killed off.

This is where we post, right? At any rate, I think a pack of Hell Hounds would be a good idea. As far as new ones go? ... Hmm... The only thing that pops into mind would be... Something like lightning from the storm striking a tree and starting a massive fire. Unfortunately, this would also destroy a great amount of the playing field, so, not a likely idea. 3nodding

This sounds fun! Maybe it has something to do with the artifact. Like, its existence in our world was never meant to be and as a consequence its been drawing our dimension closer to another one, which has created temporary rifts and allowed small numbers of hellhounds and the like to infiltrate our world and what not but no one ever wondered about their appearance or increasing numbers. Now in the middle of the game the two dimensions finally collide and a giant rip in dimensional space opens up thereby releasing all kinds of trouble. Maybe the island is where the stone originally appeared which is why the games are held there, could be a ground zero of sorts. It could also explain all the crazy predators.

Or you could go with a natural disaster. Hurricane, volcano, earthquake, ect. That's bound to eliminate a lot of players without disrupting game play.

Of course from what im assuming hell will be like were in desperate need for foliage in this game. Without cover everyone's out in the open.. I'd be more concerned for myself than damsels at this point..

Perhaps we could use it for the next game?

I'm liking the natural disaster.. Perhaps earthquake since we can make some craters for people to fall into?

Anika, I like your artifact idea. I'm not so much for destroying the playing field though. But, if someone wants to help create a new one, I would be down for it. Although I'm not too sure how productive it would be. I would want to keep the forest much the same.

Maybe someone could have stolen an artifact from death himself. I would also like to give death a name cause death just sounds so cheesy. Another idea is to maybe have one of the characters find this artifact and activate something somehow that releases hell hounds.
