Basically, Wakfu is an MMO Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. After a certain point it does become a subscription game, but there's a generous amount of free content as well and those of us who have subbed have newbie characters to play the free area with you guys.
There are 12 (soon to be 13) classes each with a unique strategy, and their playstyles are further diversified by element. If you've played Dofus, you'll probably be familiar with these classes.
So, uh, yeah. Adorable art style, clever writing, fun and challenging battle system, diverse classes, and it's a Squeenix game. Discuss.

Huh. I think I'm gonna give it a shot. If I end up liking it, I'll join up for real. I mean, it sounds great, but I wanna test drive it first.

If I end up liking it, I'll join up for real. I mean, it sounds great, but I wanna test drive it first. I really think you'll like it especially. Try adding Bulbadoof or Snooki when you're online; I'll most likely be on one of those characters today.
